We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Staff are pleasant, attentive and helpful. Always a greeting and a smile from the bell hop, security, front desk, restaurant and spa staff. Food quality at the restaurants are very good. This resort does not serve alcohol. They do have Moctails and good tea selections. Our room is clean and spacious. Bath amenities are as usual with Four Seasons Resorts. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Wifi connection is strong and stable throughout the property. The bathroom is spacious but needs some updating. Looks a bit tired and fixtures don't operate smoothly. This resort has a swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The lobby is nicely decorated and has lots of areas to sit. Check in/out process is quick and easy. A great place to stay in Casablanca.

Great value for the price. Small but beautiful property, big beautifully decorated room with comfy mattress and pillows, top-notch service, good food. Spa is lovely and gave a great massage, but is expensive (expected for a Four Seasons). I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I had the good fortune to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in early May during the last days of Ramadan and as Morocco was opening up to certain countries for travel. The hotel is located on the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful views of the sea. The Four seasons is just 10 minutes from the center of the city and is adjacent to Casablanca's Corniche, a lovely area where you can walk, and where you’ll find restaurants and beach clubs, and the public beach. The hotel’s expansive, lavish main rooms are stunningly decorated with modern Moroccan furnishings and fixtures, and a beautiful black marble floor. There are 156 luxurious guest rooms and 29 expansive suites, many overlooking the Atlantic coast. I had arrived in Morocco without my main suitcase for a 2-week visit to mostly coastal Morocco, as it never left the airport from which I departed. The amazing staff and management were made aware of my situation and kindly left a doubled Four Seasons shopping bag with some essential items that I would likely miss on my travels. The items were most welcome, and bags served as good substitute for my suitcase. My dinner and breakfast were wonderful, as was every interaction with staff and management. Just minutes away from the hotel was a small and sufficient shopping mall where I was able to replace some of my missing and needed clothing. And the impressive Morocco Mall is located at the end of La Corniche area and is considered to be the largest shopping center in Africa. It includes stores such as H&M to Fendi and Louis Vuitton. In the past I have heard from fellow travelers that they do not spend time in Casablanca because they believe it is a merely a major industrial center. If they flew into Mohammed V International Airport, they may have made a quick visit to the most impressive, largest mosque in Africa and with the tallest minaret in the world, Hassan II Mosque, which is the situated on a small peninsula jutting into the Atlantic and well worth a visit. And/or they may have visited Rick’s Café, a re-creation of the piano bar from the movie “Casablanca.” But there is much to do and see here, and it’s a good first stop if you’re arriving from an overnight flight. It is indeed the economic and commercial capital of Morocco, but it’s also a beautiful seaside city perfectly situated to be a launching point for several worthwhile day trips. As mentioned, the Four Seasons is an ideal location for visiting the city and coast of Morocco, relaxing, and exploring the Old Medina with its traditional souks and several museums of interest. The Museum of Moroccan Judaism is said to be the only one of its kind in the Arab world, where you can explore the 2000-year history of Jewish people living in Morocco. You may also want to check into The Musee de la Fondation Abderrahman Slaoui and Dar El Ala. It is also a good location for day trips to Rabat and El Jadida, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. If you want to explore beyond this area, as of November 2018, the first high-speed railway system in Africa was launched, and connects the coastal city of Tangier with Rabat, and Casablanca, including the airport, making it easy to travel among these 3 important cities. Casablanca can be an integral part of any Moroccan visit and staying at one of the world’s renowned hotel groups, the Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to relax and refresh, and enjoy amazing service, coastal views and everything you'd expect in a luxury hotel.
