We went there to have a beer at the best panoramic view terrace we had seen. Besides, the staff was incredible as they went to buy them a bit far away just for us!! We are going to go again if we come back to Fez.

We had an extremely positive stay at this riad and everyone was very helpful and each step ran smoothly. They arranged a smooth transfer for our family and welcomed us warmly with tea and cookies when we arrived along with a very helpful explanation of the medina and the local history. They helped arrange local guides for us and took...

The appartment we had booked was in restructuring (they didn't tell us before) and when we arrived we had to go to an other place near there. After this mistake there were no other problems. It has a good position and also a good breakfast! We couldn't pay by card but it was possible to choose to pay in dirham...

I travel because I´m interested in different cultures and because I love to get to know people and experience new things. Because of this, I traveled to Morocco multiple times because I just love the people there, the food, the atmosphere, the streetmarkets, the culture. For me this Riad was one of the worst ones I stayed in. Mainly because...

This is an outstanding place to stay. Just off the very busy Talaa Kebira in Fez old town, (Medina El Bali). Close to the Boujloub gate into the western side of the town. It is a historic building that has been carefully restored, the dining room being in what would have been the central courtyard, impressive. Delightful and helpful owner/manager,...

Treat here as your home - this is how I was welcomed to this traditional Moroccan house/hostel. This riad is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient part of town on a main street (where you can pick up fruit, souvenirs, food, etc). The staff were great - both front of house (Abdul & Bahtul in particular) and the...

The nicest Riad we stayed in that was also affordable. It was clean and comfortable. The common area on the ground floor was beautiful, as were the rooms. The rooftop terrace overlooked the city and was an escape from the busy medina below. The staff was the best part! They were helpful, friendly, and interactive. I highly recommend this Riad!

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful staff who reply quickly both by emails and on site. Very good location, busy street, but as soon as you enter the door you don't hear this at all. Heating air on and hot water, so at winter you feel also perfect. The ground floor rooms are very big as for raids and beautiful. 3 min walk...

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. The location is perfect for looking around the Medina. Our host Abdul was extremely helpful throughout our stay - meeting to us at our taxi, recommending amazing restaurants and generally taking great care of us. The rooms are large and there is a terrace with great views. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

This riad was perfect! Gorgeous rooftop with panoramic views over Fes and the Atlas Mountains! Staff was hugely helpful and met us at the medina gate and carried our backpacks for us. Breakfast included eggs which was the only place in Morocco that did...I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Fes but the Riad Hala.

Thank K. R
