Agnes , the proprietor, arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station late at night. She arranged for another man to meet us and take our luggage to the riad. Our dinner, albeit late at night , was ready for us when we arrived. Being in the medina , it was an easy walk to all...

I've been in Riad Zitouna in October 2013. The Riad is in the middle of the medina and it's impossible to get there alone. The staff is not kind and they ask you to pay to be pick up to the hotel. I asked for informations about a tour and it was very expensive, so I did it alone but...

We enjoyed our stay here--lovely staff and great style inside. The breakfast was also nice, and the French manager was very helpful and chatty. The pool was gorgeous--too cold in November but I bet it would be great in summer! We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days with Agnes and Brahim who were wonderful hosts. The Riad is very close to all the attractions and Agnes organised English speaking guides on two occasions to do the Tour of the Medina and the Middle Atlas. Nothing was too much trouble and any requests were quickly met. Agnes organised the taxi...

We are happy that we took our friends recommendation to stay here. Shortly after booking our room online we received an email from the owner, who offered to arrange for us to be picked up at the train station. Without having been in the medina before, I doubt we would have found our way alone. The map that the Riad...

We stayed in the suite for four, with four friends. The room was very nice with two double beds. The single bathroom is shared, so if you stay there with four you need to coordinate who showers first :) Not really a problem, but you might want to consider to take two double rooms with a bathroom each. Overall the...

My friends and I stayed 4 nights in Riad Zitouna and all and all it was a good experience. The manager emailed me ahead to ask if we would like to be picked up at the airport and I agreed knowing from other reviews that the Riad would be hard to find. Our driver was waiting for us, just as...

We stayed at Dar Zitouna in Fez in August. It was the worst experience we had in 6 weeks of travelling. The room was dirty, toilet broken and smelly, pool was slimy and could not use. The owner was rude. No drinking water in rooms, no map provided for medina ( this is essential to find your way around the...

We stayed 3 nights in Riad Zitouna in May 2012. The rooms and riad are very clean. The Morrocan breakfast is really nice. The riad is situated in the centre of the Medina. We arrived by taxi from the train station and a little carriage pushed by a man got our luggage to the Riad. We received a lot of...

We stayed here 23rd - 26th Feb 2012, 3 days at the end of a 9 day trip around Morocco. We were arriving late; I emailed the manager/owner about this and was told a taxi could be organised to get us from the station, and a dinner would be prepared for us. I knew this would be costly, but given...
