We stayed at Riad Zeitouna for 1 night and really enjoyed the place. The French owners are very nice and helpfully came to pick us up at the entrance of the labyrithic Fes medina. The riad is located at the heart of the medina, it is a beautiful place all renovated in the purest Moroccan tradition. The room (Ouarzazate) was...

This is a perfect place to stay! Staff is really friendly and so helpful. We arrived at the Riad while it was pouring down and it was so nice to be welcome with mint tea and sweets - you just forget about the rain straight away! It is in a good location, right in the center of the medina and...

I booked in this riad for a short vacation with my gf and her sons (13 and 16 yo). The price was a little over our planned budget, but riad Zitouna is a very nice place to stay, right inside the medina of Fes-al-Bali. We asked for a pick up service (20 euros) since our flight landed after dusk and...

Great host Olivier is very welcoming and the riad zitouna is beautiful with a great spot for breakfast, a pool and a nice roof-top terrace to sit out either in the morning or to watch the stars. The room had a lovely double bed (hard - but I like a hard bed). However, the bunk beds had mattresses made of...

We stayed at Riad Zitouna for 3 nights and found it to be very clean, welcoming and a bit like an peaceful oasis compared with the busy medina streets outside! I liked the traditional decorations, with some interesting Moroccan features. We enjoyed the sunny roof terrace for morning breakfasts and chilling out after a day in the medina. Olivier was...

My husband and I stayed a Riad Zitouna for three nights during a week-long trip we made to Morocco. We chose to stay at Riad Zitouna while we were in Fez due to the good reviews it had received on TripAdvisor in the past. We were NOT disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with a cool, relaxing courtyard and comfortable, airy...

Riad Zitouna has been beautifully restored and the owners Olivier and Laurence were the best hosts - nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond the call of duty every day of our 3 day stay! e.g Olivier always walked us around, or met us so that we didn’t get lost. We felt so at home, were...

This was a great place to stay because you are inside the Medina, the Riad is lovely and quiet and most of all the staff are very very helpful.

We booked Riad Zitouna for 3 nights - then stayed for 5. such was the warmth of the welcome, the great hospitality and the super standard of the accommodation. Dinner and breakfast were lovely, too. Laurence & Olivier are enthusistic and generous - nothing is too much trouble for them; they were happy to arrange guides, drivers, etc who were...
