My partner and i stated here for three nights in January and absolutely loved this riad. It was probably the best one out of our three weeks in Morocco. The building is lovely, the rooms comfortable and clean and Maria was such a wonderful host. Great breakfasts, fabulous coffee, amazing dinner all at a really convienent location. If you are...

We were dropped off by taxi to the ryad at about 11pm where a young lad from ryad 53 (didn't catch his name) met us and took our cases and showed us the way. In the daylight we found that the ryad is only 5 minutes away from the Medina and there is taxis there all day if needed. Great...

Reda and Mary are the best! The riad is beautiful, comfortable, well decorated and full of good energy. The breakfast is superb, served on the terrace with love and affection. You can not go to Fes and not stay at Riad 53!

Our hosts were lovely and so helpful, and our room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was the best we had on our trip (as was the coffee) :) Really great location - close the main market streets but also right on a square so a taxi can easily drop you off with your luggage and you...

The Riad is beautiful with an detailed design. The location is in the best part of the old Medina close to the major sightseeings. The staff is great and they are serving the best italian homemade food. We had a great stay and the owner is really nice!

Mary and Reda were awesome hosts. They made our trip to Morocco by taking care of all the little things without any hesitation. We stayed 3 nights, but got in early from the train from Marrakech at 2.30am. They were available to accept us at this time and ensured we settled comfortably. The Ryad is beautifully presented, clean, tidy and...

We stayed in the brown room at the top floor. Spacious, clean, beautiful bathtub, good decor. Our hosts were wonderful! We ordered wine and they helped prepare fruit and chocolate to go with it. (: The roof is perfect to just chill. They have backgammon and a few other games, lots of books on Morocco too. Bed was comfortable, plenty...

We stayed three nights in Ryad 53 and there is nothing bad we can say. The location is perfect to explore Fes, because it is in the medina but still quiet and easy to find. We loved the decoration of the ryad, not overloaded but full of details. They have some common spaces to relax, and a beautiful view from...
