The Riad is nice, clean and calm an the terrace was a real highlight on my trip through morroco, offering a wonderful view over the medina. Our room was basic, but everything was totally clean and at night it was completely calm. The location of the riad (few minutes away from the "blue gate", signs will show you the way... More

The staff is very nice and helpful, you feel as if you are visiting your friends, from the very first moment. The breakfast is served on a nice terrace, where one could admire the view on all medina. The room, I was staying was rather small, however sufficient and clean. Full satisfaction. Returning to Fes I'll stay there again.

Pu together the energy of a brave woman, plus the dedication and kindness of another lady, and the simpathy of a very decent sir in a bow. Mix them all and you'll have a perfect place to stay in Fez medina. Les Idrissides is a riad located in a narrow alley off the main road Tal' a' Kbira. Yet a... More

We stayed here four nights and had an overall good experience. The view from the terrace is gorgeous, and the staff are all really nice. Location is great, too. This Riad is the quietest one we have stayed at in all of Morocco and we would certainly stay here again when we return to Fes! Only minor issues we had... More

I lodged at Riad les Idrissides nine nights; I would have left sooner but my reservation required I pay 50% of the fee so I stuck it out. Riad les Idrissides was hard to find in the old medina, having to follow narrow, winding alleys, many of them poorly-signed. I would advise against arriving here after dark. The WiFi was... More

Easy to find, with good number of directional signs. Air-conditioned and large rooms with many shelves and places to put things away. Great breakfast at terrace with a view of whole Fes medina. Great service. Nice deco. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommended.

OK well the bathroom was appalling the toilet seat was loose and my girlfriend pinched her skin whilst sitting on it and the shower didn't work we had to wash under a waist high tap, so very poor bathroom 0/5 If you value a nice fully functioning bathroom then don't stay here.. Duvet was massively stained when we arrived God... More

Staying here was very nice, the riad is lovely and the room was well-equipped. Location is in the medina, but if you were there once it is easy to find again because very close to the Bab Bou Jeloud and you don't have to turn much. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Mouhcine, who speaks many languages fluently,... More

The staff is extremely nice. They speak French, Spanish, and Arabic fluently. They also speak enough English to communicate. They will give you any help you need, do laundry for a small fee, give you tea at any time of the day, let you inside the riad 24 hours a day, have heat, have quiet rooms. Also, they have a... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this riad. Hadija, the face of the riad, was friendly and helpful and discussed some of the finer points that Fes has to offer over a glass of tea. She even recommended a lovely restaurant not a five minute walk from the riad that served a tasty pastilla. Our first and second... More

“General: If you travel in the winter, the exposed courtyard can make the rooms a bit chilly - something to keep in mind. The bedding keeps you nice and warm at night.”
