The riad is located inside the ancient medina and it is quite impossible to find out where it is if you do not have a "guide". We phoned the owner and he guided us directly to the riad. The riad is a jewel, an ancient building, with charm and elegance. Inside, it is all painted in a traditional berber style....

if you want to stay in the medieval city, you must not go past this small, delightful guesthouse. It is in the middle of the medina, across from the university, and up a really tiny alleyway. Mr Rachid and his staff went the extra mile to make my stay perfect. He organised a young man to walk me around the...

Dar Moula is a small riad with, I believe, 4 guest rooms. We had the Ambre room, which was a large atmospheric bedroom with Moroccan furnishings and fixtures. It was clean and up-to-date, had good lighting and wifi in the room, and a high ceiling. The bed was very firm but not uncomfortable. Breakfast included one egg, bread, crepe, fried...

The owner, Rachid is very kind and helpfull. He wants to make sure all of his guests have a very nice stay in Fes and in Morocco. He took really good care of us, showed us around and showed us really great places to eat, even when I was really sick. Dar Moula is located in the heart of the...

Not far from Bab R'cif, in a very narrow alleyway, lies the door to this beautiful Dar, finished in a traditional decor. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to make you feel at home. Simo ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible and Lehmia takes care of the excellent food. Rashid will even...

A charming small hotel in the heart of the Medina, close to the silver market. Our room had painted ceiling and lovely furnishings. Staff was very accomodating - owner drove us to a great restaurant in the old town, with wonderful food and decor and delightful music. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a train,...

Les chambres sont superbes et l'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est impeccable. On se sent bien et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Le personnel nous met en confiance et s'occupe de nous de façon remarquable.

The hospitality was first rate at Dar Moula, from the welcome to the departure. A great setup, with attractive, comfortable private rooms and baths (a very firm bed in our room), a common room and a rooftop terrace. The food was especially good. While the host is somewhat pushy about his preferences for your itinerary - including an arrangement with...

“I stayed at the "Menzeh" room, with space for 3 people, on the top floor. It has direct access to the terrace, which is nice at any time of the day. You have to go through the kitchen, though, that will be in use most of the times. It wasn't a problem to us but can bother some. At the very least you'll have some more contact with Lamia and Fatima, who are occupying it most of the times and are excelent hosts.”
