Absolutely horrible room. Door didn't close properly, not hot water, aircon didn't work and it leaked. It wasnt until after I did my washing and had clothes hanging all over the place that I noticed and therefore I didn't request a room change. Wifi only worked in certain areas of the hotel. The toilet looked like someone had put a...

Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the bar frequently during my visit Fes. Finding a bar, let alone a decent one, at this proximity to the Medina is almost impossible. The bar is dark but very cosy. Decoration is very french colonial study. Perfect place for relaxed conversations over some wine or beers, after a hectic day out. The...

We asked for the receptionist to help us with a phone call at a location in Fes and he said we should go to a public phone!?!? Even if we said we are willing to pay for the call, he still didn't accept. This never happened to us before especially in a hotel. It's a pitty because the hotel is...

Well situated oasis on the edge of the medina. Clean , hot water , friendly helpful staff -with 1 blot being the self important woman serving breakfast-who should be reminded that her ability to be rude and give dirty self righteous comments are for outside work time. This hotel has everything anyone needs to make the most of a visit...

I lived in Fes for three months in 2007. At the time, the bar in the Hotel Batha was where all the Americans I knew would go for beers. I stay there every time that I'm back in Morocco. I was there for three days recently - the room was great, with plenty of hot water (when it was available);...

Nice hotel with a pool and 3bars! Very nice to find somewhere where you can get a drink if and when you want without walking miles in Morocco. The decor is lovely and interesting and the air conditioning cooled the room nicely overnight. I was a part of a small trip and there was also another trip of around 40...

Great location, just 5mins walk from Blue Gate of medina where you'll find plenty of restaurants where you can sit & watch the world go by! Attractive spacious courtyard, lovely tiled walls, relaxing place to sit in the sun. Small pool which my partner sampled - cool! Also a lounge area decorated in elaborate style with Wi-Fi. Small bar where...

Located in the old town and just a stones throw away from the medina and an array of local stores, pharmacies and that all important Western Union. The decor is very Moroccan. Loved the chill out area on the second floor. Very cosy. Has a swimming pool which was a nice relief from the heat. The only down fall was...

We stayed here for two nights - and changed rooms after the first one, because the noise from the street had kept us awake. The second room was not only much quieter, but also bigger and more comfortably furnished. It drove home the fact that the first room had actually been quite grubby. Many of the rooms seem to have...

This worn hotel is a decent value for the money. That's about all I can say. The location is good, just 100 meters from the Medina and within walking distance of top sights. Breakfast is included, but it's hardly worth the effort. We were turned away when we returned to the breakfast "buffet" for more cheese - the only source...
