CATASTROPHIC !! HORRIBLE !! DO NOT GO THERE !! We were supposed to stay 2 nights, we ran away after one night. First of all the staff was terrible, and not welcomed (specially waitress). The breakfast is terribly awful : there is no moroccan tea, the food is disgusting and so on ... The rooms are awful, very tiny and...

Stayed at the hotel has part of a tour group. The hotel is situated on part of a hill overlooking Fes and the view is pretty amazing. Though not within walking distance to anything. We were advised not to leave the hotel at night. Rooms are dated with lots of heavy furniture in a small room. If you aren't lucky...

My friends and I had drinks at the bar here which has an amazing view over the city. Highly recommend it at sunset. The lobby of the hotel is quite decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Offers beautiful city view . Slow Internet , average rooms mostly needed maintenance and repairs. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice walk around hotel and easy to get taxi from or to the hotel. Night city view is amazing

We stayed 2 nights, as part of a group. It gets 4 stars because it is not luxurious in any way, but it is very nice and you will be pleased. The lobby seems to welcome you with its Moroccan décor. You are drawn out onto the patio to enjoy the view of Fès el-Bali below, with the ramparts. The...

Stayed for two nights. Very helpful and supportive hotel manager. Dinner and breakfast good. Lovely welcome. Gorgeous views. Recommend a drink on the balcony at sunset. Nice pool. The ceiling on l3 at the restaurant was a real surprise.

This is a very nice hotel except it is difficult to get help from the front desk for much of anything. No getting a taxi. No getting help calling an outside number because it can't be accomplished from your room. The pool is very nice and the staff in the restaurant are nice, pleasant, courteous with attention to detail. The...

We arrived at this hotel after a long days travel from Marrakech. It was supposed to be organised that the party had a drink whilst the luggage was unloaded and delivered to our rooms. Unfortunately the drink and luggage delivery took a long time. We were supposed to have water and wine on the tables plus coffee after the meal,...

Friends and I went there for drinks and snacks on the terrace. Go before sunset and you can enjoy an excellent view onto Fez Medina, while drinking a beer or wine. Drinks are pricy though. The pizza was so so.

Expect European prices for the drinks, but with a wonderful view over the old city of Fes. Come here around sunset and enjoy your drink with a view. It's walking distance from Bab Boujloud, but we took a cab up the hill.
