We stayed here as part of the Cosmos tour. The hotel is large but dark and dingy, especially downstairs where the massages are. The breakfast was very average- not enough fruit. My room was small but quiet as requested. The entrance is quite attractive.

We stayed here as part of a Archers/Cosmos tour and although the hotel was good the plumbing for the toilets and shower were a bit haphazard and could do with some improvement. As it was Ramadan service in the restaurant at lunchtime was a little slow. Food excellent at breakfast and buffet dinner was good. Excellent pool but needed more...

This hotel was chose for us as part of a 5 day 4 night tour we were on in Morocco. It was nice enough, especially the pool, but it was really far away from things we were doing with the group, and the rooms were just ok. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was not good...

The hotel displays a beautiful example of Moroccan architecture in the interiors. The pool and the balconies provide pleasant environments to relax. The reception is a bit dark but the rooms are very well maintained. The location is a bit far away from the center, but apparently there is a nice mall nearby, which unfortunately I could not visit, since...

A little out of town but close to a mall, large rooms and beds, dark corridors sometimes the auto lights dont come on in time. The pools are great, wifi even works at the reception end. Breakfast and dinner were alright, what you would expect. All in all a very nice hotel. We stayed with a tour group.

Stayed two nights as part of a tour, thought the place comical: the half-functioning elevator, the rude and contradictory instructions from staff, the quick removal of bags from the bus to a remote and unidentified part of the hotel where no one in the group was staying. 'Where may we find towels to use at the (outdoor) pool?' First staff...

Reasonable room - sitting area and balcony and fridge! The toilet room was so tiny you almost had to go in backwards - because turning was not so easy! Quite far out of the city centre and fortunately there is a shopping center nearby. Lovely pool.

Let me begin with the good. Arriving as part of a VIator/MundiMaroc Morocco five day tour from Malaga we checked in here and we're impressed by the architectural splendor and detail and we're looking forward to our three day stay. Now the not so good. The room was adequate but very tired and beat; the shower mount fell off in...

I stayed 7 nights with my wife and little baby. The hotel itself is very nice, nice lobby area. Reception staff were not helpful and was asking me for 500dh when I got there. To do with tax or whatever. Concierge ladies spoke decent English but were not helpful. Breakfast was very nice, waiters were polite and always were on...

Reception area is stunning! Check in was smooth but on our first night there was really load music being played up to 4am! We mentioned this to reception so were moved to the 4th floor and we were happy with that. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged an English speaking taxi driver for us and he was very friendly...
