This is an elegant, beautifully restored building, extremely comfortable. Owner and staff were lovely. Our dinner was served on the roof (meaning each course had to be brought up three floors of stairs by the very gracious staff) where we enjoyed not only an excellent meal but a beautiful evening looking over the Medina and hearing the sounds of the...

Good service, great service, excellent service! We stayed in Riad for two weeks in Dec-Jan'14 (extended our stay by several days). It is an excellent place to stay not only to explore Fes, but a good base for making all kinds of trips around the city and even all the way to Sahara. Sakina, the Riad owner, is an excellent...

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful Riad. We stayed in the Tarbe room (the red one)...it's large with a spacious bathroom. The heater worked well. Windows overlook the courtyard. Breakfast was good...bread, pastries, yogurt. We ate 2 dinners here and both were very good. It's a good location to walk to the medina (which is huge & as confusing...

We loved our stay at Riad Zamane and wished we could have stayed longer. Sakina is an warm and gracious hostess and her staff was absolutely wonderful in every way, showing us a glimpse for the kindness and hospitality of the Moroccan people we encountered throughout our trip. We stayed in Riad Zamane for 3 nights and had booked the...

We had booked the cheapest room in this riad through a booking agency but when we arrived the lovely host Sakina offered us a more spacious and luxurious room. Everything about the room and the common areas was very moroccan and very gorgeous and we were immediately captivated. We extended our stay to 6 days, including a day trip into...

I stayed at Riad Zamane for 3 weeks while I was doing an Arabic course at the Arabic Language Institute in Fez. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Perfectly located at the beginning of the Medina, the Riad has been beautifully renovated and each room has its own charm. But Riad Zamane's biggest asset is certainly...

The riad is beautifully appointed with great attention to detail and Mme Belcadi's exquisite good taste everywhere in evidence. The staff is sweet and attentive. We would have enjoyed our stay here no matter what the circumstances, but it happened that both my husband and I were sick. Mme Belcadi took care of us as if we were family, rearranging...

The friendlyness of the staff is incredible. I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did...

A very hospitable riad just next door to the medina. Decoration and hospitality were incredible, as good as Sakina's food and warmth. Don't forget to experience the hamman, a unique "punishment", especially the scrubbing. The room was beautiful and spacious.
