My daughters had booked a trip to Fez for my birthday. They picked this wonderful hotel! Ideally placed just outside the Medina, it is a short stroll to turn back time in the souks. The staff and management went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and able to take advantage of all there was to...

First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing Palais de Fès Dar Tazi and trusting our team for such an important occasion. We were delighted to celebrate with you and your beautifull daughters. It is heart-warming to read your comment following your recent stay with us. Over the years, The Palais has remained committed to meeting and...

We are frequent and adventurous travelers and know how rare it is to find a place to stay that really meets expectations. This place exceeds them in almost every way. The building is not much to look at from the outside, standing behind and above a shabby and well used public square. Enter and you find yourself in an ornate...

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Palais de Fès Dar Tazi. It is always a pleasure to receive such positive feedback and I am sure that my team will be very encouraged by your remarks. Also, we are delighted that you enjoyed the particularity of the Palais, its 17th century architecture, it's timeless cuisine...

I stayed at this riad (guest house) for three nights in late November 2014. I arrived by train from Rabat. It is a 10-15 minutes drive to the riad from the station. Negotiate a fare with the cab driver (should not exceed 30 dirham ($3.40). The service was excellent and breakfasts served by Ms. Gheys Nejat sumptuous. The riad staff...

Our family stayed here 3 nights in November. The name of the hotel isn't an exaggeration -- it really is several-hundred-year-old palace. The traditional decor is incredible detailed and breathtaking. The hotel restaurant on the beautiful terrace offers a panoramic view of the Fes medina. The food itself is intricate and appetizing. There's even live music during dinner. Ghita (the...

This was the first, and best place that we stayed in in Morocco. The riad is an amazing historic building with real character - the pictures on the web don't do it justice. The rooms are definitely character rooms, distributed around the riad and depending which one you get, are quite majestic. There are a lot of stairs and no...

This is a 17th century palace protected by UNESCO, so you can imagine how beautiful the interior of building is, the decoration and furniture is alo spectacular but most important is how lovely all the staff who work here are. We stayed here for 4 days and were really made to feel at home by everyone. We probably got to...

Great welcome from the very efficient team . Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and their desire to make your stay as cofortable as possible. We had planned to eat out during the time we were there but we found ourselves coming back from the bustle of Fes medina to relax on the terrace for afternoon drinks...

Just spent 4 nights at Palais de fes Dar Tazi and I am missing it so much. The staff there are simply amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. I had trouble with my shoes and as I struggled to walk about with so many blisters Samira the sales manager came out to assist me and when I...

This was probably the best experience we had in Morocco. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, they made everything to make one feel welcome. The experience we had in the medina in Fes was so terrible, with all the harassment and being chased by a group of kinds, even death threads were made. Fes was the most hostile place I have...

This hotel is in the heart of all the action, close to the medina gate. Decor is beautiful, old fashioned and traditional. The room that we stayed in had one window that opened up to a concrete wall therefore very claustrophobic to my wife. If you are used to modern, open airy accommodations this is not the place for you....
