This a terrible hotel. The stuff is the most unprofessionel and treacherous I have ever seen. We booked 6 weeks in advance and they just cancelled our reservation a day before our arrival because they got a better business. Very mean indeed!

When we arrived after a half city 2E worth taxi ride, there were 2 girls at the reception. The main one (i guess) did not speak any English at all. Not even one word. Yet, to our luck, the other one understood some very basic English and could even speak it a bit. We have asked for two rooms on...

We stayed for three nights in this hotel on our first trip to Morocco. In general the staff at this hotel were very unhelpful in providing basic information about the area, when we asked for a map of the area, they were rude in responding and couldnt tell us where there was a tourist information centre, where we could find...

When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasently surprised. The room was small but tastefully decorated and clean. For £30 a night including breakfast it was good value. However the pleasentness of our stay was bitterly overshadowed on our last day when at the end of our SELF SERVICE breakfast we were harrassed for a tip. I refused saying...

OK, for the price (around 36 EUR). You can't get by feet to the Medina, but you are quite nearby the centre of the new city, with restaurants, cafés, shops etc. The rooms are small, but if you spend just the night at the hotel, it doesn’t matter. From the restaurant on the top floor you have a nice view...

We arrived into Fez after 8pm, after a long day on the road and without a hotel booking. We noticed the neon sign for the Zahrat al Jabal and went to check it out. The hotel seemed pretty busy but did have double rooms available for 57 Euros per room per night including breakfast. The hotel is located in the...

Well me and my girlfrined went to Morocco in October. Our plane landed in Casablanca and we went to Fez by train. On the country side we saw a lot of poverty so the fact that we paid 30€ for 2 persons with breakfest included we didn't know what to get. We came at 22:00 in Fez and we were...

The bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable. The hotel also has a very nice street cafe and the...
