Located just on the edge of the medina, perfect for exploring the medina, close to restaurants and not too far from the coach terminal. The Riad is near enough for the bustle, but away from the noise. The staff were helpful and attended to our every need. Mint tea served every time we walked into the Riad! Breakfast was great,...

We've travelled through Morocco for 1 week and this was by far the best Riad we've stayed in. The staff was incredibly nice and the Riad itself it's beautiful and comfy, room was giant, we felt like at home.

We had an exceedingly romantic & private room on the roof of this enchanting Riad. With a bath, bed and wardrobe layout that would put a London house to shame, open the doors of this exotic space and one is on a multi-level roof terrace with the Medina stretching out below, the mountains in the distance and a large number...

Riad Tizwa is perfectly located just outside the fascinating medina and is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the many pleasures this ancient, magical and exotic city has to offer you. We stayed during the intoxicating Fes Music Festival and were delighted to discover all the venues were a short walk from the Riad. Walking is king in Fes...

I am slightly late in writing my review- Partly because of how busy life gets when you come back form Holiday and partly because it has taken me such a long time toget over what was a fantastic experience in Fes. I visited Marrakech some years ago and didnt like it- I knew that Fes had a certain spirit that...

I stayed at the Riad Tizwa for two nights. The riad is beautiful and the courtyard is a delightful welcome to the property. Breakfast was included, and shouldn't be missed, particularly the fresh squeezed orange juice and home made yoghurt with fruit salad. We also had dinner at the riad, which started with three salads of ample proportion, and fresh...

I stayed in the room on the roof terrace, which actually feels nice and private as it is the only room on that floor. There is plenty of room to relax when not in your room, on the ground floor as well as the roof terrace. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, there was a...

Booked this last minute and arrived late in the night... to cookies, mint tea, and our room waiting for us! Such a warm welcome, and nice staff. Great location and breakfast, too. You eat a delicious breakfast, walk out the front door and down an alley, and right into town... it's so close by! You're separated from the hustle/bustle of...

Having visited Riad Tizwa Marraquech before, I expected Riad Tizwa Fes to be great. It is. This stunning palace is right in the old medina, yet accessible by car. We were greeted by Mohamed who always has the most welcoming smile. The building itself is this beautiful, ornate palace that manages to feel like home immediately. My room was huge...
