+ Upgraded us from a standard room to a luxurious suite + Event the standard room looked nice but the suite was really luxurious + Very nice and generous hosts + Location in the heart of the city - Nothing to do with the hotel, but a lot of hassling in the Medina

we stayed for a memorable 4 days. The best part in this riad are the staffs. They made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. For every booked tours we made, Ridwan escorted us to the van stop. Halim, the manager was funny and always gave us good deals with the tours. He even gave my friends arabic names for the duration...

We were picked up by two friendly gentlemen from the hotel and driven almost to the door. The last part they took care of our luggage as we walked the last few 100 metres. At the hotel we recieved a warm welcome, first from Raduan and then the manager. Raduan offered us tea while we waited for the manager. The...

Perhaps I should have given a five star judgement, but.... Then it must be perfect. Everything you read in the previous reviews is true- except for the bed in Eiden. Either the bed has been changed meanwhile, or the reviewers were mistaken: the bed is fine. As is everything else in this very relaxed riad. Specifically I would like to...

Good location but difficult to find in the maze that is the Medina of Marrakech. Really beautiful inside and a very decent price. Staff were friendly and the room was great. Just to warn that the parking is quite far away if you're driving and without being guided there it may take a while to find.

We stayed four nights at this hotel in Marrakech and had a lovely stay. When we first arrived, we were greeted with tea and cake and the staff told us about what to see in the city. He then gave us a bigger room than what we paid for without charging extra. The breakfast was great and free and the...

Great place to stay in Marrakech with an excellent location within the Medina, close to the souks and plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our trip run smoothly. All the rooms are clean and comfortable, we stayed in the Eiden suite and despite...

We decided this year to have a week away at Christmas time - something different....so we chose Marakesh and the Riad Minorisa. We arrived in Marrakech later than expected due to a flight delay....but our driver was waiting patiently for us. Soon we were on our way to the Riad...Abdul was waiting for us when we arrived....and he carried my...
