Had a fantastic time in this little warm riad just off the souks. We were really well looked after, got home made breakfast every morning and Kenza even arranged for us two excursions for a great price. I'll definitely go back!

Credit card not accepted!!! We had no problem with our pre-arranged pickup at the airport, despite our plane being more than one hour delayed. The taxi drops you off, and some random guy will follow you through the streets to the riad. He asks for 20 dirham extra (which we did not have at that time). It is very hard...

This traditional Riad was our base for a week in and around Marrakech. Beautiful place, the most welcoming team ever, and all the knowledge about Marrakech and Morocco in general that you could possibly wish for. They are now our "Moroccan Family"! Vivacious Kenza, knowledgeable and respectful Abdou, Chef-Extraordinaire Saaida, sweet Hennan and the hugely-well-travelled Didier...it is a wonder that...

I had a fantastic time staying here with my boyfriend and we were both very well looked after. Abdul, Kenza and Saida are all lovely, hospitable and always available to help. Kenza was always available to assist us with our activities and made it a whole lot easier and gave us all the information and she would make the calls...

Visited in February on a cheap(go groupie break) was drawn in by the good reviews on trip advisor . Upon arrival we were met at the airport with good communication(a board with our name clearly written) delivered to the corner on the main street(riad not accessible by car) .we were advised by our travel rep to use a porter with...

We had a very bad experience with Kenza at Riad Sacr. The first problem began immediately upon arrival: despite booking and confirming a shuttle transfer with the Riad, there was no one to pick us up at the airport. We called and then a man appeared – holding the sign of a different hotel, which he had hastily crossed off...

very centrally located right in the heart of the medina down narrow passages. it is a traditional family home converted into a B & B and was delightful. we never got to meet the manager Kenza as she was off sick but her deputy/night manager Abdul was brilliant. on our last morning we needed an early start so Abdul did...

Very helpful and friendly staff. We Appreciated all the advice and information regarding the area. Recommend booking taxi via Riad sacr we would never have found it. Ideal place to stay for a base but would recommend visiting places outside the area, the immediate area is total chaos. Riad sacr is very nice and clean, breakfast was fine lovely traditional...

Booked two night break through cheap Wowcher deal and very pleased with outcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Kenza and colleagues. She sat with us on arrival and went over all key places on map; giving tips about how to handle haggling, etc. Deal was room only, but we paid for breakfast - 25 Dh (about £2) each per...

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Sacr very much. The bed was comfortable and the room was cool. We loved the authentic decor and are inspired to copy the rustic bathroom design in our own home back in London. Kenza and Abdul were so lovely to chat to and gave us some great advice and history lessons. Highly recommended!
