Miserable aggressive front dest staff. Before even a welcome they demand payment at check in and as id did not have any cash at the time I advised them that I would get cash and pay the next day as we were staying there for 3 nights. They then charged my credit card, which I had provided as guarantee with...

It was a horrible experience. They say it's a four star hotel but I am sorry to say that I wouldn't say it's a one star hotel. The rooms were dirty cold. When complained about the heating they didn't do anything about it. The food was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this to any one. Don't fall for the positive...

I have just come back from Marrakech. I stayed in this hotel for nine nights with all my family and total of 14 people. Before I went there I was so scared that all reviews were saying that don't go there. We got there at 12pm and I was told that I've come from England and we had no where...

Do not believe any good reviews. They are lying! Stayed 10 days in December at the hotel. First Start with reception, most of them are rude and do not welcome you, they lack to tell you the information and hardly speak any English. When you complain they don't do anything about it. We had full board so breakfast , lunch...

“cleaning seems to take a long time on the landings so in the morning the workers leave the rubbish cart outside the rooms they are cleaning which tends to cause a bad smell. This does not reflect on the fact that the cleaning ladies are both helpful and honest and I have never had a reason to complain.”
