I honestly don’t know where to start, genuinely. The entire stay was flawless and beyond exceptional.
I have never experienced such incredible customer service, the staff went above and beyond at every stage but here is to list a few: We asked about a taxi at reception, to which one young lad (I feel awful I can’t remember his name) arranged for us and walked us to the drop off so we didn’t get lost. The manager and head cleaner came up at breakfast to introduce their selves and check how the stay was which we felt was a lovely touch. It was also my birthday, to which the staff arranged the most beautiful cake and came out to wish me a wonderful day. After the first morning we discovered breakfast was very carb heavy, and with a gluten intolerance I was a little worried, I mentioned it to the manager who straight away said it’s not an issue and he would have the chefs organise something going forward. They really were so accommodating bringing me separate items each morning & it didn’t feel like hassle to them at all.
We got upgraded to the most gorgeous room, the entire place was an absolute haven and we really did feel like we were at home.
Also highly recommend the spa! The price was such good value, we even did a highly rated spa day elsewhere and we actually preferred the treatments at our riad. The massages and facials we had will never be topped.
Our only tweak would be that although breakfast was amazing, we felt we wasted a lot of food. It would be nice to have a list to pick from the day before, as we just had far to much food to eat and felt awful leaving it,
I really could list and list forever why we loved this place and even in this review I feel we’re missing so many beautiful details.

Dear Georgia, Thank you so much for your heartwarming review. It truly means the world to us to know that your stay was phenomenal and that we were able to make your experience so special. We’re delighted that our team left such a positive impression on you, from arranging taxis and walking you to the drop-off point to ensuring your dietary needs were met with care and ease. Your kind words about our personalized service, especially during your birthday, really warm our hearts. Moments like these are why we do what we do. We’re thrilled that you felt at home in your upgraded room and enjoyed our spa treatments, it’s wonderful to hear they exceeded your expectations! Your feedback about breakfast is much appreciated. About waste, don't worry at all. We are in Morocco. Means nothing gets lost. We feed our team twice a day and they bring back home everything non consumed by our guests ;) 0 loss there. Your glowing review has truly brightened our day, and we’re so grateful for your kind words. We hope to welcome you back in the future to create even more beautiful memories together. Warm regards, Sophie, Samuel & the team

It is a wonderful place that has exceeded all our expectations.
First, the setting is completely enchanting. It is a perfect blend between tradition and modernity. When we walk through the door, we don’t hear any more noise and the smell of tagine and orange blossom comes to your nose...
The Riad is small but there are many places to feel alone. We do not cross paths with other guests. It is located a 10-minute walk from Jema El Fna Square and the basketry souk.
It feels like home.
I would say that it is not so much the beauty of the Riad that is remembered, but the staff. Having worked in luxury Parisian hotels, I am particularly demanding and sensitive to service. I never found this sense of detail so present in these places before we came to the Jardin des Sens.
The staff is both present and discreet. We feel like thousands of little hands are working in the shadows for our well-being.
We went out for dinner one night to have another experience and were very disappointed. The food at the Riad is simply sublime. Loaded with flavors and simmered at will. The prices are very reasonable compared to the quality and quantity (my husband being a big eater called at half the main course to tell you!)
The spa is for me the icing on the cake and a huge plus compared to the other Riad. Masseuses are very professional and each have their own particularity. Do not hesitate to try the Hammam according to Moroccan tradition!
I feel deep nostalgia when writing his words.
The garden of the senses will be my second home in the world. Heaven is here!

There’s a bewildering amount of riads to stay in Marrakech Medina and I’m so glad I chose this one. Although perhaps a little more pricey than some of the others , it’s worth every single penny. From the moment we stepped through the door it exuded calm and serenity . We stayed in the camelia suite which was tastefully and beautifully decorated with the best craftsmanship that Marrakech has to offer.
It’s ideally situated along a quiet alley and less than a 10 minute walk from the main square - Jemaa el-Fna. We enjoyed breakfasts on the rooftop with a good selection of fruit, sweet treats, plenty of coffee and particularly delicious yoghurt.
The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect, and special mention goes to Nazirah with her happy smiling face and kindness, and to Redouan for the warm welcome and practical tips he gave us on how to make the best of our time in the city.
Can't recommend Riad Le Jardin des Sens highly enough.

**Beautiful, authentic riad – an oasis of peace**
Our stay in this riad was simply unforgettable. From the first minute we were welcomed with a family atmosphere and well looked after by the incredibly nice staff. The attentive service was outstanding in every respect.
The riad is decorated with great attention to detail and impresses with its beautiful architecture. There are small retreats everywhere and many small pools that create a relaxing atmosphere – you feel like you are constantly in a spa. The pleasant spa treatment (hammam and massage) completed the experience perfectly.
The delicious, large breakfast with sweet delicacies was a daily highlight that we enjoyed very much. The beds are also very comfortable, so we have always started the day well rested.
The location of the riad is ideal if you want to explore the medina – central but still quiet. It was a real treat to return to this little paradise after the hustle and bustle of the small streets and markets.
The airport transfer also worked smoothly, which made the start and end of the trip a lot easier for us.
All in all, this riad is an absolute insider tip for anyone looking for authentic accommodation in Marrakech while emphasizing comfort, relaxation and first-class service. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a cooking class with Zinab and Nacer on the roof terrace and loved it. First we chose the 3 course menu we wanted to cook, then we went to the market to buy the ingredients with our guide. The chicken was chosen alive and prepared fresh - not for the squeamish! When we returned we enjoyed 2 hours cooking in the warm December sun. Finally we could chose to eat our meal for lunch or dinner. An experience not to be missed.

My husband and I spent four wonderful nights at this amazing riad. We booked directly and everything, from the communication before our stay and during our stay was perfect. We organised our transfers through the riad and this worked very well. Our room (Warda) was so beautiful and Redouan had helped our daughters arrange a wonderful surprise of champagne, candles, chocolates and fruit in the room as we were celebrating our retirements.
All the meals we had, breakfast, a lunch and a dinner, were delicious and very plentiful. The riad is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout and it is so clean. Just a few minutes walk from one of the main alleys of the Medina, all the main sites are easily accessible on foot. We took a taxi to the Jardin Majorelle, but managed to walk back easily.
We really enjoyed our cookery class. Nazira took us to the local market to buy the ingredients for the menu we had chosen. Zineb, ably assisted by Nacer, then taught us how to prepare each of the dishes when we came back. We then ate what we'd cooked for lunch on the terrace.
I had the hammam and massage package, which was amazing.
The whole experience was made even better by the great staff. Redouan and his team are superb, so friendly and so professional.
Thank you everyone for a holiday we will never forget. See you next time we are in Marrakech.

A sanctuary of calm in the bustling medina. From beginning to end, the team at Riad Le Jardin des Sens did everything possible to make the riad our home away from home during our stay in Marrakech. Upon arrival, we were greeted with Moroccan mint tea and traditional pastries (which were easily the best I had tried in the city) before being shown around the riad and to our room.
The location was ideal for exploring the best that Marrakech has to offer as it is located less than a 10 minute casual walk from the main square of Jma El Fna and the city’s main souks. Redouan offered directions to some amazing locations for sightseeing and culinary experiences.
The food at the riad is a must-try. The breakfast offered familiar continental dishes as well as some local specialties for you to try - the portions were equal parts generous and delicious. The evening meals are likewise delicious and the tangia was some of the best beef I have ever tasted.
The on-site spa was also the perfect way to experience a Moroccan hammam and to wind down within the friendly confines of the riad. Similarly, the terrace was a great space for breakfast in the morning and to take in the sun throughout the day. The terrace also has amazing views of the Atlas Mountains!
A huge thank you to Sam, Sophie, Redouan, Isam, Nazira, and all the team for making our stay in Marrakech so special.

We were hesitant at going to a Riad that was a little bit isolated, however our concerns were unfounded as it ended up being th perfect location backed up by perfect hospitality. The owners and all the staff could not have been more helpful, and as they said when we arrived "treat it like your home", we did. It was the perfect and safe location for exploring the Medina and the sites if the city. The meals especially the breakfast were excellent with really good variety and fantastic yoghurts. Highly recommend.

Amazing riad! Great location very close to everything, we visited everything on foot without feeling any type of insecurity. The owners of the Riad were tireless, they even gave us a map that helped with every visit and recommended an offline map application to help us find our way around the Medina. The cleanliness of the riad and the wonderful smell exceeded any expectations! Good food. A special thank you to one of the employees, Issam, who was always super helpful and friendly. Without a doubt to repeat. I recommend it 100%

We went from the 13th to the 18th of March a few years ago and it was in the mid to high 70s °F (around 25°C). I remember it being very bright and sunny, with no rain at all. Some days had a slight breeze but the wind felt fairly warm so there wasn’t any chill. I didn’t feel nearly as sticky as I usually do in New York when it’s the same temperature but there was enough moisture in the air to feel hydrated - not like the dry heat of California or Turkey summers that makes you feel like all the water is being sucked out of you. The evenings were a bit cooler. Hope this helped!
Hi Vikkiwood,
Our pool is not "swimmable", a kind of bassin to refresh yourself. We don't heat it any more.
You can enjoy it from April-May to September-October.
A second pool on the roof terrace will be finished this summer. In the same way, this won't be a swimming pool but a 4 m square pool with a 1 meter deep.
Best regards and sorry for delay.
