We loved our stay at Riad Flam, so much so that we ended up re-booking with them on our return to Marrakesh from the coast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, people are friendly and the breakfast is great. Would go back again.

We stayed at the Riad Flam 28th May - 2nd June 2016, a real oasis in the medina. Our room was the Rubis Suit, beautiful and authentic, access to the terrace with sunbeds and a huge jaccuzzi which, when it was 40c outside it was just what you needed. The staff were excellent, especially Abdulhai, he couldn't try to please...

Such attention to details, in this little Riad, you feel like transported into a different time, in a peaceful patio which shelter you from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Rooms are gorgeous - some more spacious than others, the staff very friendly and helpful without intruding - and if you have a chance to get a massage, go...

We really loved our stay at Riad Flam. After the walls of the building a luscious riad awaits you. Very elegant, yet not too stiff. Not typical Morrocan decoration, it has an international and Japanese touch. The patio/lobby is a nice place for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. They make excellent margarita's and we loved the...

Loved the riad, great location. Close enough to the centre but not too noisy. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were o the small side but very nice and well equipped. Sun terrace and hot tub were amazing! Food was all incredible.

It took us about 45 mins of getting lost in backstreets to find Riad Flam, despite the taxi dropping us about 3 mins walk away. We ended up in a strange quarter full of workmen dismantling old washing machines and bits of cars, and had a close encounter with a slightly crazed looking donkey, but that was all part of...

This riad was absolutely fantastic . Upon arrival we were greeted by staff who offered us mint tea and traditional biscuits and introduced us to Morocco. We were upgraded to the crystal suite for free which was a fantastic beautiful traditionally decorated room .The hotel and amenities were top quality including the furnishings in the hotel. Breakfast was varied with...

My friends and I stayed here on our recent visit to Morocco. After reading the good reviews on TripAdvisor we were really looking forward to our stay. But I was left very disappointed with the service and the quality of the rooms etc. When we were arrived we were just left standing waiting while the person in charge went off...
