Our days at Riad Alamir were wonderful. We quickly felt at home and were happy to step through the front door and into the calm courtyard every evening after a day in the Medina. Everyone who works there is very nice and always glad to be helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and when we asked to have dinner at the...

Wonderfull staff who gave great advise for nearby restaurants, good room with not so great shower. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good with changing types of pancakes every day.The riad is located very near the city center and walking to djemma el fna was very easy. Would stay here again!

The riad is a few minute walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, but beware, approaching the riad for the first time is hard! You have to find your way in narrow streets, so be preparedd to download a map app and type the address in. The riad is at the end of the street (we turned back a few meters...

WE loved this place. It was right in the heart of the Medina and so very convenient. Our host/manger was Rashid and he was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and he upgraded us to a larger room than we had reserved since he had it available. We had an early flight the next day and...

Our family of 4, including two boys, 7y and 9 y, stayed mid Oct for 6 nights at Raid Alamir. We were incredibly happy with our stay as the Riad feels authentic and is complimented by its staff who did everything to make our stay special. Rachid was there every evening and for breakfast to discuss our plans and helped...

The challenge is finding it !! If you are arriving from the airport ask Amine (manager) to get you met there. About £6 for the transport which is well advised otherwise you WILL end up relying on locals for directions in the pedestrian only alleys. Comfortable rooms and two terraces. Great for catching the rays but have sun cream !!...

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights at this lovely Riad. Our transfer from the airport was kindly arranged by Amine and all the staff Rachid and Fatima in particular were super helpful and really friendly. Breakfast were copious and the room we had was lovely and cool thanks to air conditioning. Given the punishing heat in August this was very...

We were very happy with the Riad. It's only about 20 minutes from the airport, but can be difficult to find the first time you arrive so I recommend asking the riad to have someone meet you. Our room was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. The air-conditioning struggled, it only went down to 18. With the windows closed it...

The Riad has a very good location, just 10 min away from the main square. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfy, after all day walking around that's what you really need. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Riad Alamir is a place which we wanted quite at the same time intimate and friendly, close to the excitement of souks and far from the noise, easily accessible and nevertheless nested everything at the bottom of an alley of the Medina. Placed within one of its most prestigious districts, it is in two minutes of a taxi and in seven minutes on foot of the famous Place Jemaa El Fna. ... more   less
