My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Louaya. The breakfast is amazing and the courtyard is beautiful. We stayed for one night, then went on a tour to the Sahara, then stayed for another night when we returned to Marrakech. We stayed in different rooms on each night- both cosy and nicely decorated. I liked them both...

I spent 2 nights at the Riad Louaya with my boyfriend and 3 friends. I stayed at the "Jasmin Double Room" and it was well decorated, the bed was comfortable and very safe feeling. The terrasse is lovely, we spent one night there drinking a wine which we ordered directly to the staff Ali. He was very friendly and helpful...

The staff there (Ali) went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, helped us with tours and even went with us to some places to show us the way. He was always there to help, even late night or very early morning. This things made all the difference for us. The breakfast was with no doubt the best...

Me and 2 other girl friends stayed in the patchouli room. The room was neat and well maintained throughout our 5 day stay. However the manager Hakeem was very rude to us, he hated the fact that we would arrive back to the hotel in the evening stating that it is abhorrent for women. My friend who was the only...

My stay at Riad Louaya was exceptionally disappointing. However, I will start off by giving them credit for getting us a driver to pick us up from the airport and getting in was very easy and the lady Najet* was incredibly welcoming, the only reason why I would give them 2 stars and not 1star. The rooms are the same...

I would certainly recommend this place if you are looking for a good semi-budget location. Situated close to the center, this riad offers quiet and clean accomodation in Moroccan style. Thanks to our Ali, who was such a kind host and was always willing to help with any questions we had.

I was visiting Marrakech for the first time and was very satisfied in Riad Louaya. Excellent location, safe area, quiet and relaxing Riad with just few other rooms, lovely traditional breakfast and the most important friendly and flexible stuff. I highly recommend it :)

We stayed 3 nights in Jasmine room. Room was a little small but cosy and well decorated. The staff (Hakim Ali and Nejat) were very friendly and helpful. We checked in on the "International Women's Day" and they gave my wife a rose. It was very thoughtful. Neighborhood was very quiet 15 min. walk to Jamie el fna. Breakfast was...

“We stayed in Neroli room, which I would recommend- traditional morroccan decor, high ceilings and a beautiful ornate wardrobe. Each of the 4 rooms are slightly different. We also spent one night in Ambre room which was cosy but quite small and by the kitchen so a little loud in the morning(but it is the cheapest one!). All rooms have there own bathroom but Ambre's is across the courtyard, so if this would be a problem, book one of the other rooms.”
