We stayed a week in this lovely riad very near to the Place Jemma El Fna but far enough away to be a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop area was lovely but no wifi or power available up there, Breakfast was included and was very nice with a little something different each day. Very helpful...

The place here is very clean and very authentic.. the decorations and colors of the wall are so beautiful.. you feel like in the middle of an old Moroccan era.. Staff is extremely friendly and wants to help you by any mean..they are very nice and so sweet. However it is not a hotel, it is something smaller than a...

I booked a standard room instead of basic. I received a dark, cold room (in March) where you will wake up with a head ache (cold walls, no heating). Cash is demanded in advance on the first morning. No INVOICE whatsoever, after asking many times, still no invoice. Charges tourist tax 2,50 Euro per night, per person, no invoice about...

A quiet, relaxing riad in the middle of a busy area. The bedroom was large and beautifully decorated with hand painted wood ceilings and local art. The difference between "very good" and "excellent" is the small, but important details such as: no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, a bathroom door that did not close completely, a leaky...

Close to the Jamma el Fna Square so easy to find on first arrival to Marrakech but located down a quiet alley for peaceful sleeping or quiet breaks during the day. The riad including the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Very nice staff. Free breakfast makes for an easy start to the day.

Riad Basma is the perfect place to stay in Marrakesh. It's authentic, nicely decorated and clean. Even if it's in the middle of the busy Medina, the Riad is peaceful. The roof terrace is a perfect spot for relaxing during a warm evening. Hasna was a great host; nice and welcoming. She was always available and gave us many tips....

The riad is great located, in the middle of Medina. We arranged transfer service from the airport to the Riad, it costed us 15€ and I highly recommend it because the first time is quite difficult to find the Riad in the small streets without names... The breakfast is different every day and made by two nice girls and we...

What a great place this is. My third time here, and I hope to return many times. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are lovely, and there is an air of peace and calm as soon as you enter the Riad. A hidden gem.
