No wifi in the rooms, but great receptionist and service from him. Food was all inclusive and great. The spa and hamam is not amazing and my pedicure was below average which made us cancel the hamam (there is no hot stone bed to lie on either just a normal massage bed). Service at pool and restaurant was terrible as...

Last bus is 20:30 hours. Taxi is 10 dhm for 2 but late taxis you will need to haggle. Don't pay more than...

Lovely hotel, couldn't have asked more from the staff as they were very helpful and inform us of ways to not be out smarted by ppl selling stuff in the markets. Food is wonderful. Outside pool is lovely but cold, would be lovely for summer only.

It was very cold during our short break and we were encouraged to use the heating and our bed had a lovely duvet on it. The room was on the...

I stayed at the hotel with my family and got the best service ever. Very serviceminded staff. The rooms are big, comfy and clean. The beds are also comfortable so you sleep like a baby. Tried the spa and the girls knew how to give a professional massage and it was so r.elaxing .

I spent a week at Palais jena with my parents and grandparents in January. It was a fantastic stay and we loved our time. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious with a great balcony view. In the evenings the staff would put football matches on the projection wall which was great. The spa...
