Michele (pronounced Mick-a-lee) is the most wonderful host, he has a passion for hospitality which make your stay such a pleasure. He arranged to have us collected from the airport and taken to the Riad. Welcoming us with tea, we discussed what we wanted to do while we were in Marrakech, and within half an hour he had personally arranged...

I stayed at the Riad Al Kadar for 9 nights over the Christmas holiday. I had an amazing time! Michele was a perfect host, and has turned into a new friend. The riad is right in the heart of the old city (Medina), and it is exactly what you think it might be like - kids running in the winding...

Michael was a perfect host and very accommodating. We celebrated my husband's birthday the next day we arrived and Michael and his staff prepared a delicious traditional Moroccan dinner with beautifully set table for us. Riad Al Kadar for us was a truly Moroccan experience from traditional home cooking to a beautiful artistic open courtyard and furnishings.

We visited and stayed in this Riad on the recommendation of my sister who had previously stayed here. The owner was so accommodating and nothing was too much for him. He even took us out for our first meal as it was too late for him to cook. Our room was beautiful and felt so safe, no keys to the...

I visited with 2 friends for a girl's catch-up. Michele was THE perfect host and the riad is beautifully designed and furnished- the renovation photographs were amazing and the attention to detail to make a beautiful home was not wasted on us. Breakfast was a delight and the evening meals we had were traditional and delicious. Nothing was a problem...

In the madness of Marrakesh, going through the front door into the beautiful artistic open courtyard of the Riad, is such a surprise, and a relief! Michele was at the door to greet us in his distinctive ebullient manner....we were immediately treated to a welcome tea and pastries, and given a space to relax and take it all in after...

This Riad is so beautiful you can't imagine it. Quite atmosphere, you'll feel as a spoiled kid at home. Great food, warm professional staff, amazing terrace. In 20 min walking you're in the main square. Round the Riad you'll enjoy a non touristic spot of the city. Which is just a great experience. . Michele will welcome you as if...

Michelle has created an oasis of calm in the middle of madcap Marrakech. You are staying in 'real' Marrakech as opposed to other areas lined with large hotels. Michelle and his staff are wonderful hosts always prepared to help but happy to leave you to your own devices. Naima is a treasure and her cooking delicious. We look forward to...

We stayed three nights in the Andalusia room. The riad is so beautiful Michelle has an eye for decor, detail and keeps the place immaculate and well organised. Even had a travel hairdryer in the room which was great for us taking only hand luggage. After navigating the busy, badgering but wonderful medina, a day out in the Ourika Valley...

We stayed here as a party of 2 couples. The host could not be more helpful and everything was planned for and catered for. I contacted the owner, Michelle, by email and enquired about how & where it was best to change my currency into Dirhams on arrival as it is a restricted currency. it is not possible to change...
