An all round abysmal hotel. Don't waste your time staying here. For a start the location is too far out. To get a taxi to and from the city centre cost us £30 everyday. The bathroom was disgusting. We did ask for the plug hole to be cleared of hairy gunk but it wasn't. So everytime we had a shower,...

I genuinely can't understand the bad reviews that this hotel gets. Am I staying somewhere else ??? I stayed here last year for 8 days on my own and loved it. This year I took my 60 yr old mother and my sister with me. We shared a room, I had the sofa bed which was absolutely the most comfortable...

Absolutely loved my 8 day stay here, staff are friendly and helpful, pools were beautiful, room cleaned everyday. It's the first place I ever stayed where I didn't get eaten alive by mossies. And oh my good lord I've come home 6lb heavier.....never tasted such good food and so much to choose from, only down side is if u have...

This hotel is very lovely and relaxing, accompanied with beautiful views and scenery. We arrived at the hotel at night and had just missed dinner, but were told we could still go and get ourselves a drink which was a nice gesture. Our room was tidy with very nice decor. I personally really appreciated the views and the gardens of...

Nice hotel, kept clean and with a fantastic pool area. Unfortunately March is early in the season so the water was very cold but imagine that later in the year the pool would be welcome relief. Don't understand why some people moan about the food- they must be particularly picky. It was all well cooked and plentiful. You don't get...

This was my second visit with the children in April. On Arrival we had missed the dinner but were informed this time that drinks were available till 11pm in the blue bar. Hotel room had air con, fridge and tv & nice and clean. Gardens were gorgeous for a lovely stroll in the evening & were definitely well maintained. Hotel...

The hotel was really good value for money and the pool was amazing. Food was typical African fare - why would you expect English food if you are in Africa as per some of the reviews! Some of the reviews on this hotel are not very good but you are in Africa after all . Staff were friendly and hotel...

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was already sceptical...especially after reading the reviews online (admittedly in the taxi to the airport). We all know how nice it is to be greeted at the door (especially with a cheeky cocktail), but unfortunately this was not the case. As we stumbled towards the reception desk, unaware of what awaited us, I couldn't...

Basic, quite lovely, had a few issues with the people who were staying above us they flooded bath room causing our clothes to become wet, not much parking on a busy night, breakfast was a bit of a rush to but other than that all round good experience but this place is really only good if you have a car...
