We stayed in the Riad Palais des Princesses for about 10 days. This is a beautiful riad and has excellent and helpful staff. I had left my laptop in the taxi and due to the perwsistence of the hotel manager, I got it back. It was unbelievable that he took my case so much to heart. The riad is owned...

I didn't believe reviews that described Riads as being peaceful havens away from the madness, but in this Riad it as absolutely true. We loved it! It was so quiet and we felt instantly calmed by just walking in the door. We decided to stay for 3 nights in the Medina so that we were as close as possible to...

.... an amazing find, of an equally amazing value. The service, the facilities, the location .... I couldn't have asked for more. From a breakfast fit for a king served in the glorious sunshine of the roof terrace each morning, to an amazing 5 star team of staff, to meeting some amazing people also staying there .... the staff couldn't...

I went with my girlfriend 3 nights at this hotel is a three star hotel full of character in the center of Marrakech is not at all above the traditional classification but friendly staff and their ability to meet the desires of customers makes us think of being on a level higher. They are all French speakers so very good...

The manager mohammed tried to be accomodating, but staff only spoke French and Arabic, so difficult/problematic to get help/communicate.also, ownership is in paris, not on premises/Also was undergoing some construction during our stay, which was...

We stayed at the Riad Princesses March 24th-27th. We had the Lalla Yasmina room which had a large double bed and ensuite. The bathroom, unlike many riads, DOES have a door! Shower was hot and bed was comfortable enough. The room had A/C and heating, as well as a mini safe and bathrobes. The rooms are beautiful. The entire riad...

This Riad had beautiful decor and a lovely relaxed feeling to it. It was very close to the Jemma el Fna square where all the action occurs, but this noise does not filter through. There is also a lovely roof terrace which is lovely to relax on. This Riad is in the old quarter which has small windy streets so...
