This hotel is far away from the city and you need to catch the shuttle bus (for a fee); otherwise you are limited to eating at the several restaurants in the hotel - food served is reasonably delicious although you are charged at hotel prices. Tour groups use this hotel, so you end up getting a room right at the...

Great location, lovely pool, regular 10 min shuttle bus into town, but apart from 3 people, the staff are rude, with attitude. Most seemed miserable. Female receptionists in particular are a disgrace. Ignoring us, clearly talking about us in Arabic & giving dirty looks when we are trying to get served. Particularly the 'older' woman with blonde hair on reception,...

This hotel is part of a resort with a huge pool area. The room was big and included a big bath. The hotel food was ok but offered lots of variety. The spa provided excellent massages at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

We got two rooms next to each other. The hotel was very clean and the pool and other facilities were really nice! The only problem i would say is the lunch and dinner is not very good quality. But we enjoyed our stay the hotel was really nice and quiet

On first night discovered only bath towel, no bath mat etc. Not one sheet of toilet paper in room. Balcony doors won't lock or left open by cleaning staff. Poor lighting in corridors, takes several seconds for sensors to pick up movement and lighting to come on. Poor choice of food which is often cold. Decor very tired and in...

We were a family of 5 between 15 years and 60 years. Reception staff were pleasant female staff were rude. Prices in restaurant, cafe were not what was asked for. We were overcharged and short changed and it was pointless arguing as they "didn't understand". Rooms on the 3rd floor were good, air condition worked in both rooms, there were...

Ambience - the lobby and common areas of the hotel are big, decorated and spacious. While we went during the cold autumn-winter season, I imagine that it would have been nice to take a dip in the pool during warmer months. Wifi - spotty (probably because the place is really big), strong and stable connection only in the lobby Rooms...
