We had a great time in Riad Vendome & Spa Marrakech. We were there for 5 nights with kids and friends (4 adults and 3 children) in mid April of 2015 and we were absolutely enchanted by this place. Great localisation, very close to the best spots in Marrakech. Great family rooms, well decorated and very clean. Absolutely a place...

We had a relaxing ladies weekend in Marrakech, away from our usual crazy lifestyle and with a little assistance from the team at Riad Vendrome this was achieved. This was a great Riad on the outskirts of the Medina. Definitely worth getting the €20 transfer from the airport as the Riad can be hard to find at first. On arrival...

Very morocco style. Staff are friendly. Room is very clean and spacious. Only location a bit hard to find it as it is hidden from main street. Worth the stay except touts asking for ridiculous tips leading me to the riad

We stayed in this Riad for 6nights and I was a bit disappointed with the experience especially as the pictures in the ads (and the price we paid) didn't correspond to the actual experience. It was late December, and the whole Riad was freezing (only the noisy heating system in the room saved us from very uncomfortably cold nights!). The...

You get a true feel of how Medina operates when staying here. If you want 5_Star with your own fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer etc, then this is not for you. But if you enjoy more home-stay rooms with friendly, helpful staff then you will enjoy it here. Breakfast is basic but served hot (flat bread,...

A number of friends visited Marrakech on 16th October for 4 days and were originally booked into the Gramta House however the owner told us it had a sewage leak just 18 hours before we were due to board our flights. We booked the Vendome through booking.com only 12 hours before we were due to arrive and hoped for the...

We stayed four nights in the Riad, and didn't want to leave. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and spacious and overall great value for money. It's a little tricky to find, so you may have to ask for assistance from a local youngster (this cost us 20 dirham - £1.50). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

The staff were very friendly and helpful at this riad, and it has lots of nice touches. It is decorated in a modern 'Moroccan' style (lots of tadelakt), and has very nice communal spaces, with enclosed/shady lounges and dining room, and a typical central courtyard with a very nice plunge pool for cooling off on those hot Marrakech afternoons. There's...

My wife and me stayed here for 5 days, and loved every second of it. It's got the best imaginable location: right around the riad are a number of streets that lead within one or two minutes to local neighborhoods with cafes and restaurants that are mainly visited by locals, like you are in a Moroccan town less known then...

I stayed here with three friends, what a fabulous place, close to the main square and the souks. It was a bit daunting being led down little alleyways to get to the Riad and when you arrive it looks like nothing from the outside but when you enter what a difference. It is like a little calm oasis in the...

“Ask for a room off the main reception area if going in winter months, it was a bit warmer there as you get the sun all day from the opening in the roof we had one which was over the main entrance and was a bit chilly at times, though I never felt cold at night two of my friends did. Our room would have probably been better in the summer when it is a lot warmer and a cooler area would be more welcome.”
