We are just coming to the end of our trip to Marrakech and our stay at Riad Cinnamon. We arranged via the riad to be collected at the airport and very glad we did as we would never had found this gem of a place on our own. Hussein met us at our taxi as cars can only go so...

We stayed here with our two kids (10 and 12) for one night before heading out to the coast. We chose it mainly because it came up under a google search for family friendly riads in marrakech. Booking was straightforward and we arrange airport transfers to and from for 400dh. This all worked well and we were met on the...

My wife and I travelled to Morocco (1st time) in Feb 2017. We started the trip with 3 nights in Marrakech staying at Riad Cinnamon. The Riad had arranged our transport from the airport which was very convenient. It was about 15 minutes or so from the airport to as far as the van could travel into the medina. At...

This was an amazing, authentic and truly memorable experience. First, the location cannot be beat! It is in the Medina close to first class restaurants, shopping and some of the City's most important historic sites. Second, the service was amazing! Hussein, the manager was the very best concierge and cultural ambassador that we have ever met; we traveled with a...

We stayed here for 6 nights over NYE and was extremely impressed. The first impression you get is of outstanding customer service (which never stops) when two people from the Riad meet you at your taxi and take your cases. We were then given a Riad local phone and Hossein downloaded for us the Marrakech City Guide onto our phones,...

From the moment my travelling companion and I entered the premises, we were made to feel welcome by incredibly friendly, generous staff. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were answered with a smile. From the app provided to get around the area to the cell phone provided for if/when we were lost someone from the Riad Cinnamon would...

First thing to say about this Riad is that it really is excellent value for money. We took five rooms for four nights and used the riad as a base to explore the souks. It's well located and the staff are extremely flexible. Our eldest sons were offered breakfast whenever they woke up - sometimes after midday and we had...

We spent 3 nights here and had a delightful time. The staff is so gracious and helpful with making arrangements for your tours. They loaned us a cell phone with an app to find our way around town and for us to call them if we were lost. Our room was large and comfortable on the second floor. It had...

Small group stayed there pre destination wedding. From reservation to pick up to rooms to all details, hotel staff was wonderful. Although the street and overall location looks tired, the service and attention make up for visual amenities. We were met at all times by someone on the staff to walk us back from various locations. We had a fabulous...

Riad Cinnamon is a lovely Riad in a great location in the Medina. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our only advice would be to request not to stay on the ground floor as it can be a bit noisy.
