We stayed at the Riad Yamsara from May 30th to June 6th 2015. The riad is off of a wonderfully authentic little alleyway in the "mellah" of Marrakesh, which was once the Jewish quarter of the city, surrounded by old walls and still containing a fascinating synagogue and old Jewish cemetery. The entrance to the alleyway is through a tiny...

We stayed at the Riad from the 20th to 27th May what a fantastic experience. It was all we hoped for, Iman , Mukhter and Aziz were absolutely amazing. We were made to feel so welcome, it was unbelievable it was like home from home. Nothing was too much trouble, at any time, day or night. Iman is an amazing...

Another holiday in Marrakech with my sister and sister in law staying at Riad Yamsara. We were made to feel so welcome and had the run of the riad, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and there was always someone on hand. Inmane and Mokhtar were fantastic hosts and Inmane an amazing chef, do have one of her...

We have just returned from spending seven nights at Riad Yamsara and we had a brilliant time there. We found the service to be really good, despite the occasional language barriers - rooms we cleaned daily, people were always available when we needed them, and breakfast was great (and flexible in terms of time!) The Riad itself is beautiful -...

Having read so many positive reviews, me and my partner chose Riad Yamsara for our early break. The riad, staff, rooms and food were all excellent - absolutely nothing to complain about. If you want a real piece of Marrakech then this is the place to stay, rather than a faceless and upmarket hotel away from the medina with its...

First we found that Riad Yamsara met our expectations of a budget hotel, but after a week we left very disappointed. Firstly, we were giving a padlock for our door. We used the padlock every day to protect our private belongings. The staff also had a key to the padlock so they were able to clean the room. One day...

Riad yamsara is amazing, Iman is an amazing cook, wonderful friendly staff, great dinner prepared by Iman and Yasmine by request and separate payment. The team couldn't have done more for us. I recommend this little Riad to anyone traveling to Marrakech. :)

I stayed at this Riad with a friend a couple of weeks ago. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the Riad is beautiful but rustic. The location is perfect, 30 seconds to the palace and only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Faultless. So magical, central, authentic and inspiring. The breakfast in the garden amongst the banana and lemon trees is so awakening, With the little birds hopping around. The staff are also good. Gorgeous place, cannot wait to go back.

Stayed for a week , Moktah and his familly who run the Riad are great hosts, happy to assist whenever you need. The room was nice, clean and comfy. Breakfast was ok but could do with some imagination as the selection of bread soon gets a bit dull. But for the price one can not complain and there are plenty...
