This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in Marrakech. I have visited Marrakech 5 times in the last year and have always been blown away at what great value for money the 5* hotels are. Firstly, this is absolutely not a 5*, it is 4* at a push. We had a twin bedroom and the beds were... More

Hotel facilities good. Great pool, sun beds, rooms, etc. Badly let down by staff who are clueless about customer service unless you speak French. They come across as surly and unhelpful. Short break was rescued by exceptionally good weather. A bit Butlins with children's activities around the pool and Zumba for adults. Only 10 minutes to the airport. We would... More

We stay there for 8 nights in mid April for around £70 per night with breakfast included. I will say to everyone that if you want 5 stars accommodation and service then pay the price as for what we pay you won't get it but we had a descent stay . Location : in the Agdal area , 5 min... More

We originally booked a family rooml, but we got upgraded to a suite room, withno extra charge which was fantastic, only due to the hotel being over booked. The receptionist Lubna whom assisted us was great, very welcoming and was really nice to us, excellent service from her. the entrance of the hotel was so nice, it had the morrocan Aroma... More

Friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The pool is large and has an outside bar. The hotel includes some boutique shops and a couple of restaurants. A shuttle bus (free) will run you right to the Medina and taxis are cheap and always available at... More

The hotel is even more amazing than what reviews say. It's in an excellent location, 10 mins from the airport( we paid 50- don't get ripped off) has a local supermarket, mini mall, food court and even had clubs including one inside the hotel !!! Which did not disturb us at all. The rooms were a decent size, very comfortable... More

Great location, nice breakfast but very busy, very cold pool even when the temperature was 27c, nice clean rooms, free car park and a free shuttle bus 3 times/day to the centre, poor quality Wifi, wouldn't mind staying there again , remember that you'll pay an extra tax at checkout , around £5/day

A short taxi ride from the medina, Adam park Hotel is generally speaking is a nice place to stay however the wifi could do with a serious upgrade - frustratingly slow. Breakfast could have more options available - and when asking staff for additional things such as towels or if there'll be more bread coming for toast at breakfast it... More

The hotel is of a nice standard, a little bit out but we knew that from before. The training in customer service needs to be done. The people at the reception are all very good human beings but we believe the management really need to train staff up on service. Maybe it's just what we are used to here in... More
