They arrange for a taxi to meet you from the airport. Cars can't enter the Medina so a guide meets your taxi and takes you to the riad. You wouldn't find it on your own at first. It is in an excellent location close to the square but quiet. Once you get used to the landmarks it is very easy to find and close to everything. The taxis aren't that expensive compared to uk, it doesn't take long perhaps 15 minutes.
