We spent a week here as very nervous tourists. All the staff are excellent and very helpful, they actually became really good friends to us! It is very nice, tidy, in a bustling area in Marrakech, the only thing I would say is that they have a jacuzzi, not a swimming pool so please do not get confused. It is... More

Recently visited Marrakech for a break. Coming from a fast paced city in England to here was definitely different. When we arrived we were a little hesitant but honestly this had to be the best time ever. They staff treated us like family, they made us eat with them and sit with them. If there was a problem they fixed... More

This time I need to share with you my very bad experience I had recently in Marrakech, in hotel Riad Hannah during my long awaited holidays. Sadly Riad Hannah is terribly managed. First of all, info about the hotel is wrong. Its position in medina is tricky, place is very hard to find and it took about 20 minutes to... More

I stayed here for a week with my partner. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and not sure where the complaints I have read have steamed from. I found the Riad on the whole clean throughout and the facilities up to standard. Room size is decent kept clean, with comfortable bed. Shower was fine if you left it too run... More

This was a bargain for the economically minded traveler. It's location was in the old medina of Marrakech and could not have been any more exotic. The staff all spoke several languages including English always smiled and courteous. They were also helpful with transportation to and from the airport and booking reliable and economic tours. The clientele were international as... More

This was a great bargain for the price. The staff were wonderful. They arranged transportation to and from the airport. They had a number of reputable tours for reasonable prices available. The location was in the old Medina. It could not have been more colorful and exotic. Really enjoyed it.

Spent five days here, and despite the negative reviews by some people, my boyfriend and I found it very affordable, a very centric location from the central square ( 10 mins), and the people working there were so kind and extremely hospitable. Ramon, the owner of the Riad, took the time to explain to us how to get around the... More

Started bad by not getting answers from 3 mails I sent. Hotel was paid before arrival by Opodo. When we arrived they wanted 25 plus 45 D per person and night for tax and cleaning. Had we known that we would have changed more money at the airport. We asked to see the room. The room was in a quite... More
