I went Marrakech with my sister last year June. It was an amazing experience. Hotel manager Abdur Raheem was a great host. He looked after us very well. He also cooked the best Tagine and made us salad. I highly recommend Riad Shaloma. Staffs were very helpful. They were always there to help us. Whole experience at Marrakech was just...

Perfect, just perfect. In the 45c heat of Marrakesh, this little pool of calm and peace was ideal. Cared for by Abdul who is excellent, nothing is any trouble. The trips they offer are good value, the food is yummy, the setting perfect, the rooms comfortable and not chain sterile. Stay you, if you are wanting to actually feel part...

What caan I say about this place that hasnt been said before, not a great deal, so I will just reiterate. We arrived at 11am to a scorching hot Marrakesh, met at the airport by the Riads driver. 15 minutes later we turned up outside the pharmacy which would be our point of reference for the next 5 days. We...

We stayed for a night in this Riad. Comfortable, clean and beautiful room. It is not my favorite Riad but it is definitely a very good Riad. The staff is friendly and anytime you need help they are there for you. They advertise WIFI but they did not have any the night we were there. Happy experience.

Clean and comfortable. Good food and GREAT service. Abdul is always available, willing and able, to help in any way he can, any time, day or night. Because it is a Riad, in the Medina, we didn't expect much. After all, it isn't the Hilton. However, considering everything, it could not have been any better. It was a pleasant and...

I stayed for 5 nights in Riad Shaloma. Getting there the first night was definitely a challenge because it is off the main street down some windy narrow well-lit alley but we somehow made it. We were welcomed with some amazing mint tea that we ordered every night thereafter. The riad and room were beautiful although the bed was a...

From pickup to set down Abdul couldn't have done more for us. On arrival we had mint tea despite it being 12.30 in the morning and were shown to our lovely rooms. Each room was perfect for our stay, lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Unfortunately we picked the wrong week for weather, which meant it was a bit chilly,...

From Très Chic to shabby chic and yes, just downright shabby - Marrakech has it all. A short visit is enough to give you the taste of Morocco as it was, and as it now is, depending on what part of the city you choose to stay in. Being fearless travellers we chose Riad Shaloma, perfectly situated within the Medina...

We stayed at Riad Shaloma for 5 nights in January 2015. The Riad is in the Berrima area, a relatively non-touristy area of the Medina. It is a easy, and short walk, to the main square - Jemaa El-Fna - however. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable, and when we asked for a hairdryer and an extra blanket (night...
