The Riad is a charming house whose decoration has been chosen insidiously, however the latter does not equal the services of a large hotel. The faucet is not fixed, any way its a good place near jam elfna squire

Excellent price, quality room, charming hotel in an excellent location for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you go up to the roof for the lovely view and the sounds of Marrakesh at call to prayer. Unforgettable. Will definitely return if I find myself in Marrakesh again.

We stayed for a week at this Riad, with low expectations due to the cheap rate. We were given a room for three persons in the ground floor, just next to reception. The door didn't close properly, so we were constantly exposed to any outside light and all the noises from people coming and leaving. The guy at reception was quite nice and heapful, but there was no cleaning service during the week we stayed in. The room was equipped with a small mirror, a lavatory and the three beds, with scarce space to leave our luggage. So, although this was advertised as a hotel, it was evident that it just met hostel standards. You can ask for towels, toilet paper and hairdryers at reception. The shared bathroom wasn't often cleaned, so some days it was quite smelly. The place itself is located at a narrow alley near Riad Zitoun Lakdim street with scarce ilumination at night, so it could be tricky reaching the hotel the first day if you're arriving after sunset. The location is excellent, at the heart of the Medina, a walking distance from all the tourist attractions. The receptionist was helpful in arranging a trip to Ouarzazate, and also offered to print out our check-in plane tickets for a price. Overall, if you're on a low budget trip and staying for 1-2 nights, this place will do. Otherwise, I believe there are many better options in Marrakech.…

Modest, cheap place with an excellent location and friendly staff. However, the room wasn't cleaned during our 7 day stay and the shared bathroom was not the best. We were given a room on the ground floor right next to the reception and we could hear all the sounds the other guests made. You have to ask for the towels and they only have small sized ones which are in a pretty bad state. Despite all this I think it's OK given the price, but just for a one or two day stay.

Pros: The receptionist was extremely friendly, approachable and trustworthy. There was always a smile on his face, he's a great point of contact for the hotel. The rooms were absolutely fine. Yes they were on the small side but as long as you know what you're getting then you won't be disappointed. In a double room there was enough space to move around a little and place our luggage etc, there was even a sink, table and coat hangars in the room which I didn't expect. The WiFi was very strong and constant. As you'd expect from a Medina riad, it has a great location a minute or two from the main square. It is down a side street but as long as you research which street it is in advance then you will find it as it has a big sign outside. Cons: The shower temperatures are a little difficult to control as you have to balance the power of the hot and cold taps to find the right temperature. However there was always hot water available which was a plus. It is a little difficult to organize yourself in the shower as you'll have to take your clean clothes in with you as well as a towel and your dirty clothes, and there aren't any soap holders in there either.…

The hotel is located in the center of Marrakech which makes it easy to visit the city. Everything was ok, Wi-Fi worked perfectly fine, you can ask at the reception for tips and they'll tell you what to do. I recommend the small restaurant in the small street that connects the hotel with the big square. The crepes there cost just 10 MAD and they are delicious.

We stayed here for two nights and found the place very clean and convenient. The room was small but ok and excellent value for money. The location in the middle of the Medina close to several attractions is excellent. Found the staff very helpful and polite.
