This was my second visit to Dar Tiflet - I went several years ago and had such a good experience that I went again and took my daughter this time. Dar Tiflet is in an ideal location, within walking distance of the main square, the souk and many of the sights of Marrakech, but it's a quiet haven to return...

Dar Tiflet is the place to stay when in Marrakech. You feel welcomed and taken care of. You stay close to the beating heart of Medina, but in the riad itself you can find a safe harbour from sometimes overwhelming wonders of Marrakech. Patrice is always checking what's going on around and has tons of invaluable suggestions and advice, like...

Patrice is the most devoted and respecful host. He provided me all helpful advice and helped me to organize my excursion to Sahara. The riad is in the heart of Medina and all touristic locations are walking distance.

Dar Tiflet is probably the best place you can stay at while visiting Marrakesh. The location is spot on (just 10 minutes walk from the main city square) and facilities are great. Patrice and Rahid make great hosts; there's really nothing to complain about. The best thing is their knowledge of local... everything. They know the city very well and...

Patrice was easy to communicate and prompt with timing. The riad is close to the Berber Market and you can experience the local lifestyle with Moroccan residents. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated Moroccan style. There's a beautiful terrace on the rooftop to sunbathe, have breakfast, and a small den for reading. I enjoyed shopping and eating among the locals...

Patrice is without doubt the most terrific and caring host. Even though he only committed to introducing us to the souk once, he did it twice and spent quite a few hours doing it. Every morning he gave us advice on what to do and see, while serving us a delicious breakfast. The rooms are decorated with traditional Morocco furnishings,...

We are a group of 6 self-guided travelers to Morocco. Dar Tiflet provided a home, secure and warm, for us and made the Marrakech 4 day stay one of my most memorable and wonderful travel experiences. Dar Tiflet is a cozy and traditional Morocco house, conveniently located withinn 5 minutes walking distance to the square, souk and historical sites; however,...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Riad dar Tiflet in March 2013. I selected the place due to all the amazing reviews, and I was not disappointed. What a wonderful place. Getting there was easy as we were picked up from the airport by a taxi. We stayed in the yellow room (it’s very very yellow). Marc was a wonderul...

I absolutely loved our stay here. We were made to feel so important and were taken care of perfectly, without any intrusion on our privacy. Lovely place, great location, lovely hosts! Would stay again if in Marrakesh again.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Riad Dar Tiflet is a smart authentic Riad in the heart of the old medina. We chose to let the house as it was decorated by the former berberian families, with a lot of old ceramics on the walls (zelliges) and furniture hand-made in medina. All commodities are at international standards, 5 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, with WIFI connection... Our terrace is much appreciated by his panoramic view and his 3 independant parts. ... more   less
