Currently staying at this Riad.. Travelling through the medina to enter this beautiful Riad takes your breath away! Lovely clean rooms, excellent friendly staff! Delicious breakfast (especially for a sweet tooth!) it is a hidden gem! Fantastic value for money.. Short 10 min walk to main square.. An amazingly beautiful riad on the edge of the old town. Great location about 10 minutes walk to Jamaa el fana square and most attractions. The staff are exceptional and willing to cater to all your needs, which made our stay relaxing and homely. We organised a day trip to the Atlas Mountains through them which was easy and highly... We had a great stay at Riad Viva, which is a gorgeous, cool, tranquil space to return to after a day exploring the busy medina. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming, the bedrooms and expecially bathrooms are splendid, although the shower pressure in Room 3 is a little lacklustre. This riad is also one of the few... More

What a fantastic place to stay in marrakech. Great service from miriam and the other gentleman i forget his name. Close to jamaa el fana and the centre of the city. It provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle. 35 degrees when i was in marrakech so the pool and lounging area came in really handy. A big... More

My wife and I stayed at Riad Viva in May. Emailing the Riad in advance for taxi collection was clear, helpful and so convenient for 20 Euros and highly recommended. Clean rooms, warm showers and a personalized service which maybe lacking in the larger hotels. If you choose to eat at the Riad the food is fresh and personally catered... More

We spent a few nights in Marrakech, from May 19-25th and the Riad Viva and its team made our stay a very enjoyable experience! The Riad is well located, in a lively little neighborhood 5mns away from the Royal Palace and 15mns away from the Square Djemaa el Fna. The rooms are clean, some quite spacious and the Riad itself... Kind and warm hospitality, nice and quiet environment, room clean and good breakfast. It is centrally located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can't reach it by car because the streets are to narrow, but it is just a few hundreds of meters far from the parking and the staff helps you with the luggage

We stayed at this Riad with friends for 3 nights and were very impressed. The rooms were clean and the showers had a decent pressure - something you don't always get in Marrakech. It is well positioned for visiting all the sites and we would definitely use this raid again. The staff could not do enough to help you and Miriam... More
