The place is ok; it's cheap, it's in the m'dina; it has everything I needed. But as my phone was quite old and slow, when I asked the reception guy to use his laptop and he said that's ok, one of his colleagues stayed right next to me most of the time and I felt kinda under pressure to leave....

An ok, quiet place to stay in the middle of the busy Medina in Marrakech. Close to Jama el Fnaa. Friendly and helpful staff, but young and not very professional, so making breakfast took some time and it was confusing figuring out who was in charge of what... But all in all a good option when you are on a...

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, very central. Rooms were tidy and clean. Staff helped us plan our days and made sure we were comfortable with where were were going. Would really recommend for student groups as there was a great atmosphere there and so affordable.

I'm currently wide awake on their couch trying to sleep after getting bitten by bed bugs. I am pretty sure that the beds are rarely changed as they reek of BO and cigarette smoke. The guys sit downstairs and chain smoke inside so if you have respiratory problems it is not the greatest place to be. Go somewhere else and...

We stayed at the Waka Waka for one week. As other reviewers have written, the facilities were not the greatest. The bathrooms were always wet from the showers, and did not appear very clean. The sink in the bathroom on the second floor was flooded 5 out of 7 days. The rooms were fine, however, very dark, so I recommend...

On arrival to the hostel, my boyfriend and I had been completely drenched by rain and we're freezing cold! We were welcomed in like old friends and made to feel so at home instantly. Hot tea soon arrived and delicious cake, the guy could obviously tell we needed cheering up! My bag was carried upstairs for me into a spacious...

Me and my friend stayed here it was nice, colourful really friendly and helpful staff. But when I returned from one of the days, my luggage was open and someone had opened a gift I bought and sold was left with pieces missing. This wasn't expensive or anything but it's the value for the person I was going to give...

Such a great place - the atmosphere and character of the place is great. The staff really make this hostel incredible. Hamid, a guy who worked at the hostel was incredible. He was super welcoming, friendly and really helpful for everyday "Marrakech" advice and made me feel like the hostel was like a home. 10/10 would recommend!
