We booked the Paprika room, it was just perfect, with an amazing view of the Riad. The staff was kind and always willing to help, Soufiane always had a smile for us and recommended us where to eat in order to avoid the turistic places and fully enjoy Marrakech. We surely will be back here in the future

The riad is in an excellent location being in the centre but still quiet and hidden away. It is well worth getting the pick-up from the airport because without help it is unlikely you will ever find it. The staff are absolutely charming and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent including home-made jams and even home-made yoghurt. The room was... More

This was our first stay in a riad but our second trip to Marrakech. What a fabulous place with wonderful staff to help you in any way they can. Special thank you to Sofiann who was so lovely and made the most beautiful breakfast. We had the vanilla and chocolate rooms on the ground floor, they were very clean and... More

A small but excellent setup. We had travelled from Fes to Marrakech. Our experience of a Riad in Fes was not good and we were very apprehensive..... To our delight Dar Ten was all what we had expected from a Riad... Neat and clean environment, courteous staff, trouble free WiFi, sumptuous breakfast and an excellent location. The staff particularly mr... More

Riad Dar Ten is very conveniently located few minutes away from the main square and very easy to reach from the airport. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated and it's definitely worth opting for a room or suite at the first floor. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace... More

spent some time looking for a hotel in Marrakech when i chanced upon this on the Net.. read the reviews and decided to book the hotel, despite being a tad too pricey for a hotel . Anyway ..not sure what a Riad would look like except the reviews kept pointing to great service and location. and how it was when... More

This is a quiet, peaceful, clean place in a brilliant location for access to the very center of the city. The approach, twisty passages, is a bit disconcerting at first but that's the character of Marrakech and it felt perfectly safe. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant, breakfast was good, the bed was... More

Staff was very helpful from start to finish. Meals were perfect. The location was one of the best aspects of this clean and well designed riad. Would definately recommend their pick up service from airport for finding this place. Once there, though it is so easy to access things and a great base. Only complaint was the other guests and... This charming little place was fantastic. We stay away from western chain hotels to get a "real" experience at the places we travel. After wending our way through the narrow alleyways and finding this gem behind a non-descript door we found a lovely surprise with a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was excellent as well.

You would NEVER find this Riad without directions and an excellent sense of direction. We parked our car near the Katoubia mosque as directed then entered the medina and followed basic directions into the maze of souks. We eventually found our way to the nearest "road" to the Riad and asked for directions, then followed a footpath under buildings and... More
