In the whole not too bad for a traditional guest house but I guess it has been overrated. Even though the staff where willing. I noticed a lack of hospitality procedures. Eg difference prices given between the nights. For our lunch. Also the lack of response as regarding to the pick-up from the airport. Which was sent twice in a month...

The service starts before you arrive with the offer of a reasonably priced airport transfer. I fully recommend this is taken as the riad would be very difficult to find on the first occasion (and the second for that matter, so make sure you get your bearings). The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming; the mint tea and cake...

I traveled from Canada to Marrakech, and was so pleased with my stay at Riad Le Rubis. The staff were wonderful hosts, always friendly, warm and welcoming. The room I stayed in was bright and clean, and I was very comfortable and felt very safe. I truly enjoyed my breakfasts each morning and the tea was amazing! I highly recommend...

We had a fabulous stay in Riad Le Rubis, Zainab, Mustapha, Noor Ud-deen and the smiley lady with the glasses whose name I could never remember (Sorry) are brilliant. One of the best things about Riad Le Rubis is the personal touch, nothing is too much trouble for them and you are made to feel so welcome and at home....

There are many good things to tell about this Riad. A nice pick up from the airport to start with followed by the welcome tea. Pick up is recommended for this Riad otherwise it would be very tricky to find it. They carried our luggage in a trolley on a bumpy, narrow street full of cats. However it was very...

We were two italian people, staying for six nights in this Riad! I have to thank all the nice guys, especially Mustapha and his homemate, who did everything for us! They welcomed us extremely hospitable! The rooms were very beautiful and clean. They included air conditioner, hair-drier and shampoo. The breakfast on the terrace was the perfect start in the day,...

The service we received from Mustafa and Zaynab was fantastic, so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Zaynab was previously a top Chef in a top hotel and hers was the best fish tagine I've ever had. Mustafa is great at telling you do's and don'ts, suggested routes and how to haggle, to stop us getting ripped off. Great...

We booked a room 5 days before (on Booking) and once we got to the hotel (at 9 pm) staff at reception was confused about our arrival. At the beggiging they ensure we were going to have our room (as we had our reservation confirmed on Booking) but 30' later they said there was no place ( they said it...

I was a little sceptical on arrival as the hotel is loacted in a back road off the main square, however we had a great time and felt very safe. The rooms are clean and cosy and breakfast is tasty. The service we recived here was amazing and it was excellent value for money. It was a little chilly in...
