Very good hamman experience, exfoliation and spa. You get soaped up a few times whole and you come out like new. Very nice and attentive girls. Finally, you get tea.
The only thing I can do is fuss over the clothes to switch between spa sessions and massages.

I must say that it was an unbelievable experience would definitely recommend. We got a full body scrub and shampoo followed by a massage, and the women certainly know what they are doing. They found knots in my back and let's i didn't even know existed.

I will start by saying that the staff were lovely and meant no harm. They served us tea at the end of the experience and were very polite.
That being said, as someone who very frequently visits spas and hamams, this was the worst experience I have ever had.
Firstly, the place looks nothing like the pictures, it is dark, the massage room is a random closet on the roof of the riad and the sauna is tiny and covered in old and dirty rags. It was cold on the rooftop and the massage room, so they had to turn on a heater which made the room claustrophobic and hard to breathe in. The light turned off mid massage and when we were changing, there were random guests outside the door and could clearly see inside.
The staff had 0 massage skills, it was 45 minutes of someone caressing/rubbing us with oily hands. I felt like I was having a panic attack halfway through. This was accompanied by the staff loudly coughing, yawning and giggling.
The entire riad smelled like food, and the massage and hamam room did not feel clean. We were given damp and cold robes that were drying in the dusty open air on the roof in front of us and we had to ask for slippers multiple times. We were not told what to do and where to go so had to guess.
It is common knowledge that one should never apply moisturizing cream or oil on before a scrub/hamam as this makes the special glove glide off the skin. I wad therefore very surprised when the massage came before the hamam. As expected, no dead skin came off and we were just being scratched. It took the staff 10 minutes to scrub each of us, it should take at least 30 from previous experience.
All in all, the staff had no idea what they were doing, there was a lack of hygiene and comfort, and the entire experience was a complete disappointment.

We perform an exfoliating bath with black soap, the Riad girls very attentive and super friendly at all times. A highly recommended activity. Do not leave Morocco without performing it and to be able to be in this Click Riad. Lovely space, the bathroom for two people cozy. All very clean.

A fantastic experience for the both of us
Very professional and relaxing service: fun to experience a traditional Moroccan Hammam with natural products / a large, well kept space followed by a rejuvenating full body massage
Staff were friendly also

We had a wonderful moroccan bath where the hot steam refreshed the air and the staff scrubbed off the dead skin away. After that, we had a very relaxing massage where i fell asleep. Moroccan tea is nice hot to end the experience. Truly wonderful.
