Bad thing: No variety for Breakfast. No WiFi in rooms only in the reception.
Good things: Clean rooms and a good choice for a short trip where you need just a shelter to sleep in Marrakech.
pictures shown on website when booking deceiving. The hotel is in a good location. The managers especially samir helpful and the porter very helpful but the hotel is disappointing. very noisy and not clean

A number of reviewers have been very critical of this hotel BUT I could find little to support their criticisms.

if not too late, there is no such facility in the rooms (or standard rooms anyway). i did find the rooms dark and a little tired but clean. There are nice little cafes opposite where u can get nice tea and coffee and also the more upmarket ones a little further down. you could take a travel kettle as they have a little fridge in the room and you could easily buy milk from everywhere local as its not in an isolated spot.

I know this is an old question but I'm not sure what you thought you were booking. Tea and coffee facilities. Towels. Shampoo and shower gel. Extra pillows?! You booked a basic place to rest your head at the end of the day. Be lucky and happy if it's clean. If you want all of the extras next time, then check the hotel website before you book, and be prepared to pay a bit more than you did for this place. Cheap prices and luxury facilities (yes they are classed as luxury here) don't go together.
