Personal attention to every detail was delivered by Abu, Antonio, Ismael and their team to make our four night visit, which included my wife's birthday, a memorable stay at this beautiful Riad, refurbished with good taste and respect of its original decor, although providing every comfort expected by demanding travelers. We highly recommend it to those looking for a quite...

We stayed here for 4 nights, a hiden jem down a couple of side allys. A tradditional and lovingly restored Riad with beautiful courtyard gardens and shady trees. The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly and we were made to feel as though we were the most important people in the place. The room we had was gorgeous, with...

Beautifully restored charming historic Riad perfectly located in walking distance to the center of old Marrakech. This is the kind of architectural gem where you will take over 20 photos of the interior alone. I plan very little beyond getting a flight and packing an unread guide book. The owners of this wonderful boutique Riad do all the thinking for...

My wife and I stayed at Riad Kaiss for a long weekend (Thursday-Sunday) in May 2017. We have found the personal service in this Riad to be very good and unusual: A few examples: - Upon arrival the owner sat down with us and gave us advise on how to spend our days based on our preferences - Tea and...

I would go back Marrakech just to relax at this riad. The staff was so accommodating and we at our service whenever we needed anything. My partner has some tough allergies, but they bent over backwards to keep her fed with delicious food, which was greatly appreciated. The rooftop is perfect for chilling out with a bottle of wine and...

I had initially booked the sister hotel, Dar Anika. We were offered an upgraded room at the Kiass and as soon as we saw it we were hooked. The room overlooked a beautiful courtyard which was as peaceful as the world outside was hectic. The service was faultless from the moment we stepped through the ornate wooden door. Marrakech is...

I have never written a review before, but Riad Kaiss was just too special to not share with the world! Our stay at the Riad Kaiss was fantastic! It is truly a hidden gem. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Any ask or inquiry was immediately met with thoughtfulness and care (even down to walking us to/from our taxi...

Riad Kaiss is worthy of its 5 stay rating. The room that my girlfriend and I stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable, however the highlight of the Riad is its staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and engaging. Thank you Riad Kaiss for an amazing stay.

Riad Kaiss is all that others have mentioned and more. Beautiful building, excellent staff , all requests met with ' as you wish ' , great breakfast , overall a wonderful oasis within tumult of the medina. I will someday return to Marrakesh with the sole purpose of spending more time at Riad Kaiss. If you have time and desire...

I almost didn't want to write this review so I could keep this riad to myself! It is a beautiful traditional palace with tiles and arches and courtyards and terraces and trees set in the windy streets of the medina. There are only 9 rooms (and 22 staff!) and the place is very large so you really feel a bit...
