This was my second time at Riad Kaiss and would definitely stay there every time I’m in Marrakesh. Their fantastic service starts even before you arrive in Morocco, by sending you information about your stay and even recommendations places to eat, do and shop. They can organise a driver to pick you up at the airport and on arrival you...

This riad is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and was recently renovated. Most importantly, the kindness, generosity and professionalism of the owner and staff made my stay truly unforgettable - the service was fantastic. The riad is perfectly located, with the Jemaa el Fnaa, souks and much more within walking distance. The...

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel driver clearly holding our names and very punctual. The driver was very polite and the car extremely clean and comfortable. On arrival to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The food was amazing, healthy but yet full of flavour and...

From the welcome to the rooms, the linnen, the breakfast, the surroundings, the pool, I can just go on.. but what makes this...

Marrakech has always been a favourite destination for me and my family, but this time I went with my partner and I decided to stay at Riad Kaiss as I have been there once before the renovation took place years ago. The place has not lost any of its original features or character and has been restored beautifully, it is...

So many riads to choose from when we booked our trip, but I am so happy we booked Riad Kaiss. It's beautiful, quiet and a welcoming place to return to everyday. The riad is stunning, with beautiful mosaic tile work to admire throughout the building and just been restored by the new owners. It was never really crowded, at the...
