Nice clean hotel, not many luxuries to be had although this is reflected in the rate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with the exception of the rather stern female manager who despite telling us that we shouldn't pay more than 70dh to travel anywhere, days later attempted to charge us 100dh to travel into the centre. The...

This is a beautiful hotel in Marrakech. It has 4 stars rooms are comfortable personnel is very kind and its full pansion. One and only negative thing is sometimes you can't communicate with the personnel because they barely speak and understand english its a common problem in Morocco.

I stayed almost 2 months in this hotel. Really comfortable rooms, relaxing pool to recover from the high temperatures in the city and really nice staff that made the stay even better. Besides that, the prices were very good for these kind of hotels.

We spent three nights at this hotel. Our room was good, nice size and good bed. Our only complaint which we passed on every day to the staff at front desk was that the water took a long time to drain out of the bath and basin. each time they promised to send someone to fix this but to no...

We stayed at this hotel and it was really lovely. The staff are very welcoming and will do anything to help. The pool man Mustafa was fab made sure we had everything we needed at the poolside. The only thing I would say is that there were a few birds flying around in the dining room, maybe a net over...

Went with my wife and two small children, and we were very pleasantly surprised: - Staff are very friendly and helpful, from the reception, to the restaurant, the security, cleaning etc.. They are all great, and a big thank you to Khawla, Amr, Zakarya and the managers for going the extra mile and being so nice and accommodating. - Breakfast...

Decent sized rooms, seperate pool for small children, the free breakfast buffet has limited options. Staff are helpful, especially the receptionists. Room service can be slow and the phone isn't always answered promptly. Located in the new city, it's a 5 minute walk from mazhar mall, which has a food court and nice play areas for children.

Hotel is nice, big and clean rooms, great garden with pool, freee wifi in the room. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruits, omelettes, fresh juice. Hotel in near Agdal park, you need taxi to go to the centre. The stuff is very polite and helpfull.
