Very recently stayed at this hotel and must say that the level of cleanliness and hygiene left alot to be desired. Upon arrival i had to request a different room as the original one offered was well below par, not that i was expecting it to be the ritz but this was totally unacceptable. At times a strong sewer smell...

Rooms are pretty basic! Showers could be better! Staff are friendly and rooms clean! Meal prices in the restaurant are reasonable if you've had enough if venturing out in the markets! Don't use restaurants near within a 500m radius as swindlers!

Myself and my friend stayed at this hotel in November (both 27 year old girls). The hotel was perfect for us, basic but clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We could not have chosen a better location. 10mins walk to the medina & souks, 10 mins the other direction you will find nice restaurants, bars and shops...

On arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and a busboy took our cases to our room. The room is basic but clean. The rooms facing the streets are noisy but we had earplugs as we were expecting this. Cleaning staff friendly. Dont forget to tip them :) breakfast is continental. A few pastries, porridge, these delicious pancakes with syrup, boiled...

OK, so let's get a bit of perspective on this hotel. High expectations lead to disappointment and I want to highlight a touch of realism. This hotel is a great base, adequately cleaned, although 'tired' in places. It is mainly used by Moroccan business men and, at the time of staying here, there were many guards and policemen that served...

Downstairs lobby area is reasonable but a strange smell of fish! Rooms basic and worn out with shabby decor. Have to say however that the beds were comfortable. Swimming pool a complete waste of time as it is not in the sun most of the day and ice cold. No one ever swims in it for longer than 30 secs....
