I stayed in this hotel in May for 1 week with my mother and my 5 year old child. We had all inclusive and it was a very good choice as the food was absolutely wonderful, the flavour is rich and tasty. The breakfast was basic, but good. The hotel is just outside of all city wall and we mainly...

We knew it was a basic hotel when we booked. We'd read the reviews, some good, some bad, so we knew it wasn't going to be luxurious. We only needed it for sleeping and breakfast, so it served a purpose. It was extremely handy for all the things we were going to see. On a good day, a walk to...

in my eyes a hotel for a holiday such as Marrakesh is somewhere to rest your head at night, not to spend all of your time in. Me and my boyfriend paid £130 each for 4 days including flights and for that price we weren't expecting The Ritz. the hotel is based just outside the heart of the main square,...

We can honestly say this has to be the worst Hotel we have stayed in and we are seasoned travellers. To say this is a good backpackers Hotel is an insult to all backpackers fortunately we were only here for one night. The Gentleman on reception was rude and unhelpful our room on the 5th floor was dirty, dingy and...

This is an economy hotel just outside of the city walls in Marrakech. It’s easy to access from the airport (no big traffic jams like inside the Medina) but is very close to the shopping and tourist areas. The rooms are simple and basic, but clean with good showers. The breakfast buffet is a mix of continental and Moroccan, and...

I stayed at this hotel on March 11 and March 12 2015. Overall, I was pleased with this hotel. The room itself was rather dark, but large and contained ensuite facilities that were clean. No amenities were provided except for a small bar of soap. Towels were clean and the television had a good reception. At first, I did not...

Let's start bad and end on a positive note. - The restaurant food was not nice so we avoided eating there. - The hotel smelled very strongly of paint or something similar. - Our bathroom door did not close properly and our flush was broken. We asked continuously for the flush to be fixed and when they attempted to, it...

A dry hotel! Beware traffic noise if you want a view of the Medina and the Atlas mountains The food is poor and basic in basic surroundings. I would have left a decent tip for the staff but the guy on reception attempted to short change me by 15 Dirhams (£1) so that changed my mind. Old and run down,...

Stayed on two occasions here during our week in Morocco. Hotel is old, dilapidated and falling apart. Decor, furnishings and things like bathroom fixtures need complete refurbishing. Restaurant food including breakfasts and dinners were cafeteria style at best and not tasty at all. No WiFi in the rooms. Definitely NOT a 4-star place all around. Staff did not try very...

The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15/20 minutes walk from the main square. Visited in January the days were warm the nights cold. The rooms are adequate, no hairdryer, but beds were comfortable and a reasonable shower, The breakfast was more than adequate. Not much to do around the hotel but...

“5th floor was good, but you will still can hear traffic/street noise, but I would always recommend earplugs! (Boots Muffles wax earplugs shut everything out!) Take your own coat hangers, and buy a pillow from the supermarket next door!”
