Location was perfect and the hotel was lovely. Hotel staff were so kind and polite and nothing was too much for them. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was good and there was a good choice. The head chef spoke to everyone and was open to suggestions. All in all a very good...

We hopped on a bus at the airport and paid 30Dm each and the bus driver dropped us off outside the hotel. A good location in the area of Gueliz; which is about a 30 minute walk to the main Medina area. The hotel has a good breakfast (included in the rate) and excellent buffet in the evening for 150DM....

This hotel is in a fantastic area of Marrakesh. Lots of shops, restaurants and hammams near by. Not far from the airport a 15 min drive. The madina is about a 15min drive away and costs approx £4 in a taxi to get to. The Atlas mountains are around 1.5 hr drive. The hotel is very welcoming. The staff are...

My husband and I have just returned home, and we still miss the hotel and its' wonderful staff. Local cuisine which we enjoyed very much each time...

We stayed for one night on 1st Jan 2017. We paid £127-00 for a quad room so good value for 4 people for one night. Hotel was relatively pleasant however rooms were tired and could do with updating. Breakfast was a buffet and pretty standard - fine if you like Moroccan food but not if your kids are fussy. Avoid...

On the plus side: The room size is excellent, the pool area is good and enough of a sun trap for you to sunbathe in December, the spa is good and so are the breakfasts On the negative side: The heating in the rooms is inadequate. Despite the warm days it gets very cold in the evenings and early mornings....

Stayed at this hotel in december with my boyfriend and another couple. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming - they booked a table at a busy morrocan restaurant for us as we were unable to get in the first night, provided towels by the pool, helped sorting out a taxi for our early...

Nice bedrooms and really well located, close to the downtown and you can fin a lot of restaurants and bars next to the hotel. The swimming pool is relaxing and clean, but it's not heated. All the employees are looking for any problem you have and try to solve it. The breakfast was the one with more variety that we...

“we had a room on the fifth floor and it seemed the higher up the rooms the lower the level of service - the landings on the lower floors had sofas with candles and rose petals on coffee tables but the top floor was very dark with no candles or rose petals (still had sofas though). There is a lift so no problem which ever floor you have. ”
