We stayed there for two weeks and felt very welcome and at ease in the low-key Riad. It's nothing luxurious, but it's the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a little oasis in the medina that won't cost you an outrageous amount. Although the staff were more than accommodating, we did have cash (a lot) stolen from our...

We stayed here for 3 nights in January and were surprised to find we were the only guests staying in the Riad! Got off to a great start when we arrived at the airport and our driver was waiting for us, he spoke very little english but was helpful in telling us bits and pieces about Marrakech during the 15...

We stayed here for 3 nights. It got off to an awkward start, as the driver arranged through Safar was not at the airport. A quick call to the hotel remedied the situation. Everything thereafter was wonderful. First of all, this Riad is quite nice. The whole house is so nicely appointed. The accommodations were more than adequate. There is...

The best part of our stay in Marrakesh was this beautiful Riad! Full of character, offering peace and quiet but also the warmth of the sun and the cool of the shade as we wished. The decor is absolutely fabulous, reminiscent of arabian nights! I felt like a princess... Laaziza and Hamid (the house staff) were so hospitable, friendly and...

A cliché, I know, but this was an oasis of calm and beauty in the midst of the heat and bustle of the Medina. The Safar was without doubt the highlight of our stay in Marrakech for me and I was almost moved to tears when we stepped from a rather scruffy and smelly alleyway into its stunning courtyard for...

Not only another charming riad. Your own private spot in the heart of the Medina. Laaziza and Ahmid will help you out in anything you may need. Real local food, good terrace and four rooms who compete in comfort and beauty. Do not expect a five stars toiletries, but a place to feel like home.

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed, and for a fantastic price!! In the heart of medina it's situation is perfect to really experience Marrakech. The owners are wonderfully hospitable and will organise anything you want from booking restaurants to day trips out!! The only thing for English speakers is basic French is essential as they don't speak any...

We peeped inside a couple of other riads but this one was by far the loveliest we saw; it was peaceful, tastefully decorated, and had a very pretty terrace with plunge pool. The courtyard and our room were beautiful too, and the service excellent. Great place to stay.
