Throughout my 2-week stay, the staff was warm and hospitable. From the fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning to the exquisitely comfortable room and bath, Riad La Terrasse des Oliveriers is THE best choice for all visitors to Marrakech. The owner speaks very good English and sets a high standard of excellence for his staff.

I've just completed a 14 day road trip to most corners of Morocco. We've stayed in multiple riads and a few hotels. Oliver's was class. Everything a traveller or holiday maker could want. Intimate but plenty of space. The roof terrace and the riad itself has room for privacy yet retains the full Moroccan charm. The owner and staff are... More

From the start we were greeted by the friendly staff. The place is decorated in a traditional Moroccan style and makes you feel like its a home away from home. Its a peaceful little gem tucked away from the chaotic souks.

We've travelled widely and it's a rare occasion when a hotel will exceed our expectations, so we're very happy to be able to write a review to highly recommend Riad La Terrasse des Oliviers. Renault, the proprietor, makes a personal effort to ensure you are welcome, comfortable and well informed about the local area, including what to see, where to... More

This was my first visit to Morocco so I had all the usual anxieties about getting around safely etc. but from the moment we arrived at the Riad we were made to feel so welcome and comfortable by Renaud, who gave us a crash course in Morocco, with a map, and he marked safe and interesting routes, restaurants and sites.... I'm over 50, and have been traveling my whole life, usually for business, but sometimes on vacation with my wife and/or our children. This is definitely in the top 5 most interesting hotels I've stayed at in my life. If you have ever paid to tour a castle or in this case, a compact, yet spacious and absolutely flawlessly decorated... More

My partner and I arrived late to the Riad and were so lucky to land at La Terrasse after a long journey. Renaud gave us a thorough run down of Marrakech, with invaluable tips to navigate the city. We momentarily forgot one piece of his advice and ended up lost. Staff was helpful and prepared delicious breakfasts for us. Our... More

Quiet little riad close to the Souks and attractions. You're a about a 20 minute walk from anywhere here. Renaud absolutely lovely and full of information about the area. The rooms are well decorated and spacious, with coffee and tea in the rooms. You can come and go as you please and have full use of the riad. Highly recommend... More

My husband and me used this beautiful riad for 5 nights in April; the looks of the place are just jaw-dropping! We particularly liked two lounge areas on different floors, the cooling pool, and the roof terrace where we had breakfast (very tasty) every day and also chilled in there in the evening to escape the madness of the medina.... My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in April after a week in Casablanca for work. Renaud and his team were extremely hospitable and a great help in finding out how to navigate the souk (we still got lost though! somewhat unavoidable for newbies), restaurants to check out, transportation, etc. The Riad itself is beautiful and benefits from a...
